They did not answer the phone to confirm pickup. I called many times. When I got there to p/u everything was fine. Just wish I could have confirm before that.

I was told the tank was full and it was not and I filled it to where I found it, about 3/4 tank. Then charged a fuel charge. Also charged for a drop off fee which I've never been charged before. It was 2p in the afternoon???? I will be calling to file a complaint. Negative experience!

The equipment was not in good working condition. The tire rims were bent up- the jack lift did not work properly- there was no assistance hooking up the trailer- they told me to hook it up then bring it over to the office so they could check it!

The truck was not clean. Had a beer can and water bottle under the seat. Fifteen minutes into my drive the a/c went out. Was a problem the entire time. I called and was supposed to receive a call from a DM. Never happened

Don't charge me for an extra day when I returned the truck 18 hours early. Even if you had to vacuum the truck you already charged me a cleaning fee.

No extra measures evident for dealing with covid-19 worries about cleanliness. No masks by the staff and no guidelines for social distancing. I used my own cleaner to be sure the cabin was clean since there was no indication that anything had been done bu=y the staff. True, all was standardly clean but not appropriately so for current environment.

My family and I have moved many times, once was across 7 states and we have always used uhaul. This past move was not only frustrating but added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation. Not a single person would help us even though they were in the office. At one of the visits the girl came to the door and said she's on lunch. My husband became disabled just one month before the move so the whole move fell on me. There was already a lot of stress and your company added much more unneeded stress. From picking up the truck to dropping it off. We also asked for a hand cart and did NOT receive one. When we called to ask why they said they ran out. How was I supposed to move items alone without the assistants of the hand cart and why did they tell us they ran out. They then said we could travel to another location to get one. It was not our fault that we didn't get one, so why was it our responsibility to go get it in the middle of trying to move. With all of this being said we will NEVER be using your company again and we have shared our experience with our friends and family in hopes that they will not use you as well. We are unsure if uhaul now runs this way or just this one location. Either way your company was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.

The “customer service rep”would not help. Only told me to contact uhaul 1 800. The truck had the wrong mileage off by a thousand miles . Had to call uhaul to document. Person on site wouldn't even talk to me

I had a horrible experience.It took me over 2 hours to book my truck. Janisha in your verification dept. called my references, then never called me to ok the rental after she talked with them. I would fire her if she.worked for me. Will never book online again.

They did not have the furniture pads and dolly I reserved and they did not tell me until two hours before we were to pick up our rental. The woman working this location would not remove the charge for the things I was not given. I had to go back and forth with the main U-Haul number to try and get things straightened out.

The worst experience I have ever had with a uhaul place. Gave them 4 days To have a clean maintenance free truck available and I got 2 phone calls 3 emails telling me I have to pick up truck 12 miles in the opposite direction of my home and direction I was heading. I get to store to get truck and the lady tells me my debit card won't work, I use my credit card and then they charge me two times. I call back to get it fixed and told only Uhaul customer service can help me. Lady also told me they don't make any money on uhauls and hates renting them. I call them and because she manually processed my Cards it did a double charge and I have to wait 5 business days for it to fall off. I get a dirty dog hair filled truck that's has transmission issues and no overdrive causing me to use full tank of fuel for only 160 miles!!! This was the worst experience ever renting a truck. Didn't have locks for truck roll up door.

Vehicle was clean and appears in basically good condition. This vehicle unexpectedly accelerated twice. Brakes would not hold it and had to turn off key. Ford apparently has had this problem for awhile. Very dangerous!
