Jeffery B.Renting the truck was easy and awesome, However I needed a dolly. Each location should have one and each truck should come with one. Every dolly was taken and I had to buy one. I'm happy with the truck and location I was at but the dolly issue was more than an inconvenience.
justin A.The original truck I was supposed to use was to be in Cadiz Kentucky but get a phone from that location, the afternoon before I was to get the truck saying that they rented the truck and was stolen. Now I had to drive further to get a truck and return it which cost me more money. You customer service with the 1-800 number needs some work. So not really happy with Uhaul.

Derrick G.Everything was fine until I was double charged but they could not find where the first transaction went through in there system even though I pulled my bank transactions they showed clearly I was charged. I had to swipe my card again, in which that transaction has settled and I've returned the U-Haul but the double charge is still pending on my account that nobody has no clue why they can't pull receipts of payment being made.

Darlene P.I dont know maybe pre trip your trucks .... or actually conduct routine maintenance . I believe if the truck was receiving routine maintenance there's no way that truck should have been out of brake fluid or power steering fluid and out on the road.
