It was great went in got right out and she was awesome
Brad TI was quite upset that I was charged for a cleaning fee when I have photos of the back of the van prior to us taking it and it was returned in the same condition.

Pierce QEven though I checked in and out with the app the gentlemen working the desk the day before was extremely helpful on helping me navigate the process. He also came in early to ensure that if I had any problems he could help resolve them. To me that was first class customer service!!!

Natalie Srented several trucks from storage sense, i love these guys, very friendly, and truck is always topped off and clean, and waiting for me. used other uhaul locations, but no one compares to storage sense location. awesome keep it up.

Robert PSuper helpful professional staff on site. Couldn't have had a better experience than I did. We are a military family and have used so many uhaul places through out the years and this was the best experience I've had ever hands down.
Michelle BThe equipment that I needed for my rental wasn't available. I had to end up finding dolly ti rent from somewhere else but wasn't told till the day before I was due to pick the truck up. The overall experience just wasn't that great for me. I've used U-Haul many times in the past and never had issues. What really did it for me, was when they said they didn't have any dollys and they didn't know where to find me one. At least 48 hours notice would've been nice ti know they instead of waiting till the weekend and then I was limited on where to fine one. That wasn't at all respectful of my time or what we requested

Jovette LNo communication or assistance to get dolly's that were requested with Uhaul truck. Customer service stated the location had dolly's available and had to wait for them to open which put my move behind schedule. Was informed at the office they didn't have any and to call around. Without any assistance from them found a dolly to rent at another location by calling around to multiple locations.

lloyd rStore charged me an extra 100$ for being 1 hour late. I had the uhaul for 25 hours and watch charged 177 total. You guys advertise 39,95 per day. This is wrong. You deserve to be reported to the BBB
Latisha BThe truck we rented shut off on the freeway multiple times. Apparently it has a speed governor that we were not made aware of. When we accelerated to pass a vehicle, even though we were not going the speed of the shut off box, it would shut down. It was terrifying as you had to coast to the side of the freeway to restart the truck. I was terrified and at first had no idea what was going on. It was very unsafe. It made for a few dangerous moments. When it was mentioned to the representative at the pick up place, he had no idea about the speed governor. I will not be renting from uhaul ever again.
