Great customer service!
Armon H.Usually, when I go there, only one person is working. I think it would be more efficient with another person being that sometimes people have to wait if the only one working has to go to the yard to check equipment or hook up. Other than that, the environment is very professional and courteous.

James M.Teach your employees how to follow your company instructions before renting out equipment that shouldn't be used. I was issued a tow dolly to tow a 2015 Buick Encore and your employee pulled it up in your online site and said that there wasn't any problems that would happen if I was to use the dolly. Well that's a lie because now the rear end of the car that was towed is now in need of a new rear end. Thanks

Someone at Uhaul needs to talk to this location about customer SERVICE.

Sara L.The specific box van I rented desperately needed mechanical attention. The engine ran strong but the transmission clearly needed service as well as all of the steering and suspension components. The brakes needed service as well. Other than that it was a pleasant experience to rent the aforementioned box truck.
Michael M.I turned the truck and appliance hand truck in on Saturday evening around 5:30. Nobody was in the office to accept the truck and do an inspection. Monday morning I receive my final bill and noticed I'm charged $25 for a cleaning fee. I would like to dispute this $25 fee for the truck was cleaned out before I turn the truck in. I should have been called and notified of what kind of dirt was in the truck instead of charging me. I understand if I had not swept the truck out and I do have witnesses at the apartment complex where I dropped off. It seems to me that U-Haul can charge anybody a $25 cleaning fee and we, the consumer have no recourse. Show me proof that the truck was not clean. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Dave F.trailer 1 day at 11:10 am for $40,99 with insurance. Ask both Represenative when do I have to return the trailer. Both stated any time on Saturday . Returned the trailer around 1:40 pm on Saturday and was charged an additional day. Total Charged was $81,98

Our truck was locked had no way to get in the truck or get the keys had to wait till Monday to get a truck. At the location the lady was a little rude at first but then was really nice. Had the truck for 10hrs even though I only needed it for 3 hours.

RODNEY B.The app was very clumsy. While at the site, it wanted more documentation like my passport, or lease agreement. Why would I have either of those with me?? I already took pictures of the front and back of my drivers license twice. Then when we went inside the lady said just put your credit card in the machine and the key is outside. She didn't understand the app was not allowing me to do that. The app was very frustrating to use and in the end didn't work.
