The person in charge did a great job. There were some problems with call backs. The move went well. Equipment was in good shape.

William FI arrived at the facility at 4,3pm, the doors were locked with a note to call a phone number. I called, and the person said she was somewhere in the facility, to drop off the trailer where the others were, and she would be right up to meet me. I parked the trailer went back to the office, and waited, and waited, finally called the person again, and she said you are good to go! She said I would receive an email within 15 minutes verifying the return, but I have not received an email yet.

KIPLING CNeed to separate dysfunctional trailers from good trailers - had to hook up 3 trailers before finding a good one (first required repairs and second's wiring harness was completely rusted through). Had to drive to a different Uhaul location to diagnose my lights weren't working due to a vehicle fuse issue. Very friendly customer service but should have multiple personnel on shift to ensure all potential customer service issues can be addressed without customer having to drive to another location.

tasha cThis truck needs to be taken out of service. I believe this is the junkiest truck that anyone could ever have. First of all the light in the back of the truck did not work so therefore we had to retrieve things in the dark, Second the cab smelt awful, third we were afraid we wasn't going to make it up a hill because it was so sluggish and last the gas hand didn't work right.

From start to finish, the process was smooth, user-friendly, and hassle-free. The online reservation process was straightforward, and I appreciated the transparency and clarity of the pricing. The pickup process was quick and efficient, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The truck itself was in excellent condition, and the instructions for operating it were clear and easy to understand. During our long drive, the Uhaul truck performed flawlessly. It was comfortable to drive and handled well even in tricky situations. There was also plenty of room in the truck for all of our belongings, which was a huge plus. Finally, the return process was fast and easy. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided by Uhaul. Quentin MThe lady's at he place I rented the uhaul from were wonderful and very helpful. My issue was that over the weekend I was left stranded three times during the moving process. It was Monday when someone was sent to replace the battery . So yea it sucked sitting and waiting for a ride and having to figure out how to jump the u haul off. Evidently the battery was dead . Other than that is was all good. Let me know if there is some type of compensation for the huge inconvenience with the battery

Denise Bif uhaul wants to improve use this site as the example for others to follow: i was very happy with the service i was provided. when i rented the trailer. the staff was helpful and we found what i needed, not what was most expensive. i was allowed to walk through to inspect and chose the trailer wanted to use. i kept the rental for an extra day, that went smooth. in summary, i needed a trailer on short notice, the reason it was needed was very stressful and on short notice. the staff at the location made the transaction easy and fair, when they could have easily taken advantage and put me in a much more expensive option. Merci.
