I generally use the location at the Putt Putt golf. The guys there are a bit more attentive and present a more business-friendly demeanor. Just my personal prefernce.

More realistic mileage for the trip. Ours did not take into account any route difference and drop off of items to our home/or additional storage site. Just another way for U-Haul to squeeze some extra dollars out of the customer

My only issue was that I was told to return into a "marked space". The lot was full so I parked as best I could and out if the way as much as possible. I trust that this was ok as I haven't heard from them this morning. Otherwise it was a perfect experience

The people were get & extremely helpful. The only negative was the there were some vehicle warning lights on like the check engine light & the tow light. People were extremely friendly helpful.

Everything was great. Mark helped me complete the rental process. The truck we ready out front for me. The truck was in good condition.

When coming up to a customer the staff should identify themselves or be in a uniform because a worker just walked up and started checking me out of my U-Haul and I had not gotten my stuff out yet. Honestly I had not even stepped out of the car yet when he jumped on me for my keys. Never identified himself just took my kids and told me how much. Not very professional or helpful at all. And nobody even tried to help me when I was getting the van. Honestly seems like the workers only work when proded.

Hard to get out of safely when traffic is heavy.

My original truck was schedule to be picked up in Lexington, Va abs was booked months in advance. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the key was not available. I then had to call uHaul, was on hold and talking to agent for about 40 min. Agent was able to find and Rick for me in Charlottesville, Va. I had to drive 70 miles each way (140 miles total) to pick up and drop off vehicle. Then I get charge for mileage overage!!! Plus it cost me significantly more in gas and more than 2 hours of my time. Also, when I went to pick up the truck, even though I was stanadinf in the parking lot next to the truck, I kept being told My gps was in the wrong location (even though it wasn't!). So again I had to call UHaul and ended up having to download the app! Then because I didn't have my passport with me and own my home so don't have a lease agreement I had to bother a friend with a verification phone call. It took me about 40 min from pulling into the parking lot to actually get the keys! Overall, very miserable and frustrating experience.

In the end, the van I rented was a little too small to fit everything. Mostly due to a wide couch and the wheel wells inside the cargo area.

Happy with exception of snow plowing THROUGHOUT the complex. I arrived a day after a big snow and only part of the complex was plowed. It was very difficult to access my section.

Make sure that everyone at my place of work which is the main hospital of Charlottesville knows how I got screwed from the mileage that I did not go . I am sure that this will affect business. Everyone needs to know not to rent through U-Haul

Our reservation was for 9 am, yet it took until 9:15 am for the clerk to arrive. He offered no apology. This worked out OK for us, but if we had been on a tight schedule, this would not have been acceptable. Please encourage your employees to strive for promptness and good customer service.

The location is not an issue, the customer service from Mark was excellent. The problem was with the overall experience with u haul! Everything from booking the truck to picking it up and dropping it off was a one big cluster, headache and inconvenience. I would not recommend uhaul after this past experience. Even though I selected the mobile pick up. I still had to call uhaul in order to pick up and drop off the truck because the persons who places my order over the telephone didn't do it properly. I It took me mover 2 hours just to pick up the vehicle because I was on hold for so long.

The team at Storage Solutions helped me every time I needed anything. Clean unit, great location and staff even helped me unload a couple of times. This is the only place to rent storage space in Charlottesville.

Very impressed with this storage facility!! Normally I associate storage facilities with being dirty but this location was amazing. Rooms were not too moist (aka our stuff didn't get ruined or messed up at all by mold or moisture), no pests, no weird smell, and no safety issues. I absolutely recommend this location to everyone!

i rented a 5x5 online. when i got there, they only had 5x10 sizes, but the guy apologized and offered me a 5x10 for the 5x5 price. great service.

The climate control spaces are pretty good. And when we hit a problem they quickly solved it. Awesome job overall. Keeping the units a bit cleaner wouldn`t be a bad idea.
