Customer service was awful, they didn't do a walk with us to inspect the truck upon pickup. The gas was at 1/4 of a tank. Opened the back it had debris and nails in it. When we returned the truck I asked if the truck could be checked in with the walk and everything. The lady at the desk said we don't do that. I said that I need a receipt with the total cost, was told oh yeah I'll email it to you. I only had the truck for maybe 3 hours. Worst experience ever with U-Haul. This location follows none of U-Hauls policies on check in and check out.Lisa G.

The truck was clean, but the brakes were soo squishy and it took a long time to stop. Also it sounded like the transmission was going out on it. The shifting was very sluggish and as you slowed would stay revenge at dangerously high levels.Laura V.

Friendlier customer service. I didn't even want to ask for a breakdown of my bill because the woman didn't seem like she even wanted to deal with us. The truck smelled a little but overall wasn't too dirty. Still love uhaul as a company overall though ðŸ¤-Shannon H.

One thing I've noticed about the 10ft truck I've rented, when braking from speeds over 35mph ish, the steering wheel would shake from left to right making the truck slow down in a very wobbly way. First time it happen it caught me off guard and felt like I was losing control so everytime after that I had to anticipate it.Chayn I.
The experience from the time I ordered my vehicle online, to the moment I dropped off my keys was a positive one. The receptionist was professional, fast & efficient; taking the time to explain each step, including how to return the vehicle and then asked if I had any questions more than once. No one loves to move, but this is my 2nd time using this location in the past year, and I look forward to the next experience should I need it.Stanley B.

Checking the tire pressures. I believe the front left tire of my cargo van was under pressure according to the message system. The tire light was not on but it had less air than the front right tire. The agent I worked with was very nice and courteous.Greg A.

We had questions about uhaul storage for the belongings that we needed to store away and she was extremely not helpful! was disgusted that we even asked about storage. so we decided to use a different company for storage.Julian A.

I have rented at this location 3 times and this was the first time i was issued a vehicle that made a loud noise while driving. I think its a mechanical issue. Also, the wheel alignment was off, i constantly had to overcompensate the steering wheel just to prevent it from going into the other lanes, which was unsafe. For this reason, i feel like i should be compensated something for this faulty truck. I still would recommend someone to visit this location, because its a clean environment. The person that helped could also be a bit more personalble when doing the paperwork and not focus so much on her phone.Michael B.
The Gentleman is very professional. I returned because he made everything easy the first time and plus the location is very scenery and Beautiful. When I came in, he was in a middle of something but he immediately stopped what he was doing, and took care of me. And again, customer service was excellent!! This guy needs a Blessed Raised!! We Just needed a cargo van to do some recycling. Very Ohana!! This was my wife's first time here and she Phileo Loved it here. Thank you so much!! The truck had approximately 2 000 mikes on it, but the front brake rotors were extremely warped. Every time I stopped, I was thrown back and forth in my seatbelt due to the unevenness of the rotors. I recommend have the rotors replaced before someone else experiences what I did.Cam W.

Initially the agent insisted I reserve the appliance hand truck online. I tried but it was impossible. I complained via the feedback option and I was assisted within minutes by Carrie. She explained that reserving an appliance hand truck online was impossible and made the reservation for me. My experience today was great! I picked up the hand truck without a hitch and the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Thank you all! Aloha!Joseph C.

I was charged 10 $for furniture pads that I never used and didn't break the seal on. This is unacceptable and frustrating.William S.
First, there was no organization when a crowd and line started to form outside the office. There are windows so I know the workers could see us and it would've been helpful for one of them to come out once in awhile to tell the crowd how the â€œ1 person at a timeâ€ system works so that people wouldn't have cut the line out of turn. And mention that there is one line for check ins, check outs, and gas/mileage checks. Second, when checking in, we were unaware that we would be charged for fuel. It was only mentioned that we would be charged 19,95 $ plus mileage rate. I wish the salesperson gave me the option and mentioned that if I return the car with the same fuel as I began with THEN the only charge would be the 19,95 $ plus mileage rate. This pandemic is hard for all of us, but if you want repeat business, show a little extra effort to guide and educate your customers during this time. Also, there was also one person in the office helping customers while the other person did not help and I just saw her organizing pens and telling people she would â€œbe right with youâ€ but never took any customers the whole time we waited. Maybe that's not her job. But it doesn't look good when there's a line of people waiting in the sun, unsure what the line is for/if they're in the right line, and there are workers not helping. My Uhaul receptionist created a terrible experience with her rude and curt tone and lack of customer service skills. She was unable to provide the simplest gestures of customer service such as greeting customers and providing an inclusive atmosphere for inquiries. The unpleasant vibe that I sensed was that she isn't compensated enough for the job she volunteered for and she takes it out customers. I won't be returning to facility or perhaps Uhaul overall.Kevan H.
