I reserved the truck a week in advance. Received a call the afternoon before pick up telling me I had to return it 3 hours earlier than I scheduled it for. Then when I picked it up in the morning I was told an earlier time to have it returned by.

I put more than enough gas back into the truck and they still charge me $8 more for gas, wow. But they did go out of there way to get me a truck when there was done available. Wat they should do is inspect the truck right there with the customer. Not us dropping off the truck and then getting an email of the bill. Who does that.

While thelocation is good for UHaul, it is a bit far for customers. UHauls typically are close to the main drag. The customer service rep was nice and informative. I did say I would probably need the tuck for just three hours or so and probably bring it back by 3. My project took a bit longer but someone from some office started texting me and calling me saying the truck needed to be back by 3. That isn't a good way to treat a customer. I actually had it for the day but said I might be bringing it back earlier at 3. There was no reason stated other than I said that. They need to inform customers that they will expect it by the time the customer said or customer should call in and let them know it will be later. I think that action was very poor.

The van had multiple live cockroaches in the inside of the drivers portion of the van. The location of the business is poorly marked and unclear as to where the business is located.

somebody should be able to answer the phone Having the answering machine on and calling numerous times was extremely frustrating because the store was hard to find located in the back of a residential area . Extremely confusing to find so somebody answering the phone Letting you know where to go would be extremely helpful . Also the agent we dealt with could’ve been a little Friendlier when I explain to her about it being hard to fine and no one answering the phone or returning my messages and that we had to call the customer service 800-number to try to find our way she ignored us and didn’t say anything which I thought was extremely rude . I do want to see the 800 number the woman we talked to did not get her name was extremely friendly and pleasant .
