David BNot sure why it took 8 gallons of gas to go 29 miles ? Wasn't a have stuff moved. Seems very unrealistic amount of gas for such a small distance to make the fuel line full. It was on F when we started. Just seemed very unrealistic for miles driven . Merci.

Flora SAlthough I'm often told I'm too detailed oriented, and analytical...If I were critical, I still could NOT find a complaint. One more tool used to google a review is a "scan" technique. It is a very difficult challenge for my I T deficits. But that would be out of the range of "practical" to try to resolve or improve because it lies in MY limited know how, not theirs.

WILLIAM RThe girl that set me up with the rental said that the card that I gave them as I was renting it would not get charged. And that they can charge a different card when we return the uhaul. She was wrong or lied and uhaul immediately charged that card and overdrafted my account. I obviously would not have used that card if I would have known. I was charged a 35$ overdraft charge. Also it took 35 minutes to get me into the only uhaul they had at this location. She said the system was slow. But who knows.

Shannon cI am disabled and a senior. The 15" moving truck I had, had no running board and to get in and out was a painful nightmare. I didn't even fill with gas because getting in and out was so painful.

Robert RI rented a U-haul for a day a week prior to having to move from my house I sold so that I could get a few things moved before the following weekend when I had to be out of my home. I had to rent a Budget truck the following weekend because another U-Haul rental location (DP Storage in Deer Park) failed to take a credit card when I phoned 2 weeks prior to reserve a truck therefore, there was not truck available. Budget charges $0,99 a mile in addition to making you fill the gas tank. Much more expensive than U-Haul. Next time I will rent a U-Haul from Storage Solutions.
