Man who owns the place was super sweet and worked with us to get our rental same day for a great price even though he had extremely limited machines due to a busy day. What a kind man!

I drove straight to Victoria, Kansas where I told them I was going and was charged $77 extra for driving 77 miles over even though I drove straight to where I said I was driving

The U-haul was NOT even at the Victoria location. We reserved it at Hays and then were told it was at Victoria then when we arrived at Victoria that location was completely shut down. The Hays office said it was never in Victoria and their computer showed it in Hays. We called the main line twice and were told Victoria so we ended up leaving much later than we wanted and wasting gas and time driving all the way over to Victoria and back to Hays where the U-Haul was all along. We feel we deserve a free rental or at least reimbursement of gas and wasted time.
