Hagop HDonna is an absolute asset to your business. I`ve rented frequently from several locations and this location is by far the best, friendliest and most efficient.
Dean ROnce again, examine the vehicle for better mileage over a longer distance, and your customers will be much more happy with the overall U-Haul experience, which in the past has always been above average. I believe I should've taken a different truck maybe a slightly larger truck because I've driven them and gotten much better mileage. I still believe U-Haul is an excellent value, and will always use them.

Michael JOutside of vehicle was covered in dead bugs. I was told the vehicle was full of gas. It was about three gallons shy of full. I returned vehicle with same EXACT amount of gas and they charged me extra saying it wasn’t full.

But the accolades for the team at UHaul on Stephanie and Paseao Verde are deserved Right from the very start Donna was exceptional in her telephone manner and knowledge. We were picking up a vehicle, driving it to Canada and back to Bellingham drop off. Quite simply she made it easy for us. So easy in fact we wondered if it was real. But it was! The morning of the pick up the whole team was exceptional. Everything was as they said it would be. So kudos to the whole team for making the move easy and fun! This included the follow up as to where to drop it off too. All so smooth. Thanks so much from our moving team to yours!
