The person on the Oxnard address was fine, but what we have to go through after our long day of driving and driving from one location to another is not acceptable. Again "Joe" the manager should receive some customer service training at 1-800-468-4285. With his attitude and negative customer service, he is taking customers and money away from the company. What you can do? No matter what it takes, when is a customer requesting your service at a certain location? you should deliver the service at the place and time as requested. Moving is stressful as it is. Shame on your Company and peoples who stating "managers" and ruin your reputation.

I made a reservation via telephone The person who was behind desk was very slow and unable in every way to help in a timely manner. We waited 45 minutes. It should not take so long (when a reservation has been made)

Van was filthy inside and out, I rent from you guys all the time and it's the same old story, I have to spend a good hour of my time CLEANING the windshield of bugs and in inside of DUST, who ever is responsible for this maintenance should be re-taught how to service the cargo van so repeat customers like me aren't once again... disappointed! Sales person Calvin was great, always the best! Great guy, A+++++

Highly upset uhaul rental was dirty was not walked to vehicles to inspect at time of rental and after contract had gas meter wrong and miles i was not service correctly as i always rent and am a loyal customer i feel like I'm entitled to a response why i was treated this way and would like a credit refunded or towards my next visit if I choose to go through uhaul .. I've been thinking to leave a yelp review about location and service received.. you can call me if you have any questions gladly explain on the phone

Why make a reservation when there is no one there at the location to pick it up. I drove from Cathedral City CA. To this location about a 3 hour drive. I showed up at location at 1:24pm on Saturday to a sign reading out to lunch won’t be back till 2:15pm. I stood at the counter over an hour. There’s proof because there is security cameras. The guy didn’t come back till 2:45pm. Was very unfriendly and mean and not nice. Got into the uhaul reeked and smelled of smoke. There were cigarettes in the side pocket of the door on the driver side. I was very upset.

Canceled the reservation. Great inconvenience of needing to travel to Northridge ((both for van pick-up and return) versus 1/8 of a mile where my original reservation was made. Additionally, there was no compensation offered for the inconveniences.

I had reserved the van. I had a confirmation email stating my van was reserved. On the way to pick up the van, I called U-Haul and verified my confirmation because I knew I had to be at a location at a certain time. Via phone call, my reservation was confirmed and I was told the van was available and ready for pick up. Once I got to the location, there were four vans on the lot and I was told that there were no vans for pick up. The guy didn't know what he was doing and it took him a phone call and 30+ minutes on the computer to figure it out before I received the van. YELP has two 1-Star ratings for this location. They are about to have a third. Maybe there needs to be a wake-up call and something has to be done to improve the customer service. I was even told, "This isn't an actual U-Haul location, we are a storage company." Maybe they shouldn't rent out U-Hauls.
