Lubricate the locks it's very frustrating when you have to put about a 25-lb pole on a lock to get it to disengage grease and oil are cheap items customers cost more in law sales from unhappy customers.

Horrible u-haul dealer!!! Horrible parking!!!! Brought back truck at same fuel gauge level I received it. Personal says I bring truck back low on gas. I disagree but charge 15.86 for gas. Dealer padding there pockets!!!!

Tire had an air pressure light on. Needed to be checked. Mobile pickup wasn't truly mobile. Still had to go in and submit all paperwork. True mobile would be a set of numbered lockboxes and a code would be given as you show up to pick up your truck. Open it and get your keys there.

They lack professionalism and since of customer service. They're look down on you if you're black and behave as if you're begging to borrow the equipment and instead of renting it with your money. It's a shame I like uhaul and rent quite a bit. I'd rather drive out of area to rent instead of this location.

Having to drive 2 night with only 1 light functioning in the front was a horrible experience. I drive over 240 miles with at least 170 with only 1 light working. I had to really focus and make sure I stayed within the lanes plus with the fear of being stopped by an officer.

Let clients check out through the app contactless, unless they need help, instead of pushing them to do it manually with them. Just ask if they can help instead of taking over contactless process without asking.

I reserved 1 utility dolly. When I arrived there was none in the truck. I went inside to ask about the Dali and the man told me there was none and he had none for me to rent and it was basically "too bad." I informed him that I had reserved the dolly and did not want to be charged for it. He became defensive and told me that I hadn't paid for it and that I would be charged at the end. Upon returning to the location to return the truck I was questioned by a different man about where the dolly was. I informed him about my prior conversation and the fact that I had rented no additional equipment. Upon receiving my bill I was charged for a utility dolly and a furniture dolly. I have requested a refund but have received no response. Very disappointed. I would not trust this location and would pay the extra 99 cents per mile to rent from a location to additional miles away. Dishonest.

Reservation number 84715446 was made by a U-Haul representative for me to be picked up at floral jungle of Lake Worth. Which I agreed to the rental as I knew I was traveling a long distance in my rate that was quoted on this vehicle was $.59 a mile went to the location this morning and come to find out that the location is not open on Sundays. which I made the reservation between four and 430 Saturday, which I if I knew that this location was not open on Sunday I would've picked up the vehicle on Saturday as I had the rental today from 9 AM to 4 PM being that they were close another representative that I spoke to today sent me to a location down the road , As I needed the Van on this day to pick up items on my day off. Since I had no other choiceI , I don't believe I should be charged $.99 a mile when the van that was booked by a Uhaul representative quoted me $.59, as well as their U-Haul website for that rental location .and I believe I should not have to pay $.99 that I was charge per mile. The truck was absolutely filthy on the inside. It definitely was not Covid clean in any way. When I got home I had to disinfect our clothes. I had to douse the steering wheel in sanitizer. Also I was never informed that I would have to replace gas that i used and I wound up having to pay 3.50 a gallon. If I had know I could've gassed up before dropping off the truck. The only good thing was the guy who checked me out, Juan, he was very nice. I won't be back unless changes are made. You guys actually should refund the money I had to pay for gas. I was told 19.95 + 1.19 mileage and fees, separate charge for gas was never mentioned.

When I dropped off the uhaul. They gave me a final bill of $55 now I look on my bank and $98.82. I took a pick of the milage and gas tank before we left from picking the uhaul up. very disappointed.

There was glass shattered all in the back of the truck. Someone left their dirty face mask on the dash. Most importantly, the customer service rep told us this was a self service Uhaul and we'd be able to pick up at 7am. Well, when we got there at 7am, we found out it's NOT self service and had to wait an hour and a half before the store opened and someone could help us. This delayed our entire day including when we were 40 mins late to our Uhaul movers (which we paid for a specific amount of time). Only easy thing was dropping it off and saying good riddance.

I've used this location several times before and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their services.

The equipment was clean but there was a problem with a back tire (damaged) that was not found until the return time. My whole rental period I experienced severe bouncing/shaking in the front end above 30 mph. I noticed the bouncing as I was driving away from the location on the first day so I know it had been missed by the initial inspection. This is very likely when the trucks are parked close together and a good view can be difficult. I suspect the previous driver had damaged the tire and said nothing to the agency. There was an easily observed puncture to the driver's side outer dual on back. And since the front was bouncing I suspected bad shocks or elevated tire pressure. But the knowledgeable staff at UHaul 66 knew why the bouncing was happening when he found the bad tire. He is a good technician. Kudos! Anyway that's my story. RP PS-I had to pay an extra day for not being on time for the next renter (although I was still within the daily time) and think this should be returned to me since the truck could not be used again without the tire repair. Unless they want to let it go out again without a careful checkup. What would UHaul officials do? What's the policy?

Very unfriendly! They made us feel like they were "doing us a favor" rather tan providing the world class service that we know is capable of the U-Haul Company. The person (guy) whom tend service to the trucks was very unkind and obnoxious. I have chosen U-Haul over the years throughout my military career rather than the other rental companies, but remained as a loyal customer.

Have me a trailer with a leaky tire was flat with 5 lbs of air had to fill up at the corner gas station then got on the highway and blew out after 5 miles. Had to stop and get a tire put on out of pocket. The people also said all the lights worked when only the driver's side worked. This location doesn't care about your safety at all would not recommend it ever go back there.

My first choice to return the trailer was changed after I had driven most of the way to FL. I was told that the return lot was full and I would have to drive farther to return the trailer. This along with the fact I had to drive 4 hours out of my way to pick it up (not available at my reservation location) just made my opinion of your customer care even worse. Although your employees are polite (once you are able to reach one as I was on hold for substantial amounts of time) the end results are horrible.

Double check the functionality of the tailgate on the trailer I rented. It somehow got damaged such that the holes for the pin to drop in don't match up the same on both side, so it takes some muscle to pull the opposite side to try and line up the holes on the other side. Shouldn't require that just to secure the tailgate.
