Worst customer service I've ever seen. I rent a truck here nearly once a month and the gym there is made certain I'll never be back. I'd fire him is he's an employee. Rude to me and my girlfriend. Completely disrespectful.

Because time was against me, I had no choice but to take the truck from that location. I knew the rep was lying because it wasn't my first or second time picking from that location and that never happened on my prior visits to that location.
Brian S.I have always liked renting from uhaul but this time was different. The vehicle was not sufficient and service light and tire pressure light both were on thru out the rental. Also, the seatbelt was not working properly, my husband received a warning from PBSO because he was having trouble with the strap. The vehicle was old and had smell of fumes inside.
Anna Y.When you tell someone a drop off location you should make sure its open. The original drop off location was closed and no one knew, so when i went to drop off the truck it wasnt a pleasurable experience.

thomas W.I did everything for mobile check-in but still had to go inside and give all the same info I entered online. I also put down I was going 20 miles but they charged me for 100 up front even after I explained I wasn't going 100 miles. The engine oil light was on the entire time.

Anneitra C.I ordered a trailer and there was no communication that the pick up location needed to change. I was sent to a third party to pick up the trailer which had no trailer hitch lock so I wasn't able to lock it properly. The trailer was fine but it was definitely older. Since the third party dealer I had to go to didn't have the equipment I was also planning to purchase/ rent at the uhaul store, I had to go to another uhaul location to pick up those items-lock, rope, and 2 dollys (location only had 1 left to rent me). We lost half a day because of the running around. We were able to call customer service and get a day extension to return which we didn't end up needing. The return process was excellent though!

Mohammed M.Customer service was good. The equipment was clean. The issue was the truck has steering wheel or alignment issues, it was really hard to make turns to the left as the truck would pull to the right. Felt like the steering wheel could give out any minute.

Despite booking a truck, a dolly, and some furniture pads three days in advance, my experience was marred by a series of inconveniences and disappointments that made my move far more difficult than it needed to be. Firstly, the process of checking out the truck was painfully slow. I spent over 30 minutes waiting as your employee struggled to scan my Florida ID, a simple task that should have taken a fraction of the time. This was just the beginning of the issues I encountered. To my dismay, I was informed that despite my reservation, the dolly I had requested was not available. This was a significant setback, as moving without a dolly is a daunting task. This lack of organization and poor inventory management created unnecessary difficulties for me, the customer. The problems did not end there. When I attempted to return the truck, in the address specified by the contract, I was informed by the manager of the location that they no longer worked with U-Haul. This was a surprise, as the U-Haul app indicated that this location was still in service. I was advised to call U-Haul's phone number, but it was outside of your working hours. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I used the app to find other locations where I could return the truck. However, this proved to be a futile effort. I visited several locations listed in the app, only to find that there were no U-Haul stores at those locations. This resulted in a significant waste of my time. In the end, I had no choice but to return the truck to the original location where I had picked it up. The following day, I received no communication from U-Haul, only an invoice filled with fines. In summary, my experience with U-Haul was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of organization, outdated systems, and poor customer service made my moving process far more stressful than it should have been.
