BRUCE GFirst: make sure the equipment is well maintained. ( mine had electrical problem) Second: help your client to get a replacement equipment as soon as possible.
Gilles TPickup truck was not available so I had to pull a jetski by a box truck. You need to fore your CEO and hire a 20 year old to overhaul then run your online "service" like its not 1999

Elizabeth SShow respect and appreciation for doing business with UHAUL. I was overcharged for gasoline $25 for less than 2 gallons. I only drove 16,9 miles. The truck was not clean. I had difficulty seeing through the filthy windshield. I will not do business with this location again. The UHAUL app did not work properly on return. The app automatically calculated 3/8 gasoline when the gauge was showing 1/2. tank (see photos) and would not allow me to correct the gas usage. Customers are offered 24 hours return on the UHAUL website but this location added $20 for after hours return. I will not do business with this location again.

Patricia LVehicle had an alert about low tire pressure. Store personnel stated that is a common issue. This did not make me feel comfortable taking the vehicle. I was staying local, however if it was a long distance move I would have probably not accepted the truck.

Kimberly COne way trailer rental with appliance dolly. Received the worst trailer on the lot. I believe they had 3 available. The trailer had bad tires, not discovered until loaded and above 35 mph, then severe vibration, resulting blowout of left tire replaced roadside assistance fabulous response time and work. Right tire continued to vibrate. Dolly was the worst in the bunch. They had several new looking, I got the faded rusted unit wheels partially frozen.

Ann YThe return process was difficult as the space for customer parking was unavailable as the site wasnt large enough to accommodate the returned trucks on late Sunday afternoon and the entire lot was filled and no personnel available to assist.
Todd ZThis is the second time I have rented a motorcycle trailer from this location and both times the entire process was extremely easy and straightforward, great service and very well maintained equipment. I would definitely recommend them and any time I need to rent a trailer or moving Van I'll be using them.

Francia PU- haul is not a good company. I applied online for a one way . Trouble to pay I went to the office to pay and they gave me the truck . When I turned the key back at the close location. The charge me and they said I didn't say one way. They are no good.

Billy JOver-crowded lot. Must have had two dozen U-Haul trucks on an acre of land. My truck was parked inches from another truck. Thankfully someone was there to make sure nothing else was hit on the way out. Truck had maintannce concern: just to drive the truck straight, the steering wheel was WAY to the left like I was in a left turn for most of the trip. Was not 'centered'.
