I don't know where to start. I didn't have a good experience at all, customer service, there was NONE. Made a 4 hr reservation, waited at the drop off location and the truck was never dropped off. Had to go to another location, adding mileage to my trip, on top of it being cut down to a 2,5 hr rental and the rep didn't tell me until the end, to have it back by 4:30, when I didn't even get the truck until 1:45. I was charged $98 for the initial charge AND THEN WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $22! I was given the truck at 3/4 tank, brought it back at 3/4 and the truck was returned the way it was given to me. Needless to say, I didn't get my move done and it costed me more than I was expecting. Not happy at all.

We had the trailer filled and we were ready to get on the road when we discovered a flat tire on the trailer. Luckily there was a tire repair center around the corner and they fixed the tire and removed the screw. I made numerous calls to the pickup and the drop off location to no avail. I waited 38 minutes on hold and still didn't get anybody on the phone asking about a refund of $45 to fix the tire. We were on a time constraint and didn't have time to wait for the U-Haul repair person and didn't have any idea how long they would take so we fixed it ourself U-Haul is saying that they do not reimburse for repairs.

I made my reservation online and specifically selected a location close and convenient to me. I also reserved a furniture dolly. The day I went to pickup my truck, the original location (which was confirmed via email) was closed. I spent over 25 minutes trying to get a hold of somebody to figure out what was going on. I ended up having to go to a location way out of my way to pickup truck. Once I got there, I was initiating the process to pickup my truck via the Uhaul app/website like I chose. A representative saw me looking for my truck and told me not to bother with that process. He told me the truck on my app wasn't even there. I did this to prevent going in the store and not wasting time. I ended up having to go in the store, wait in line anyway. I was given another truck, but then they told me they had no dolly, which I selected in my reservation. This whole process was a complete waste of time and I wasted over an hour just trying to pick up the truck. On top of that, I was specifically told by the representative to return the truck with the same amount of gas that I left with. I filled it up exactly to half a tank and I was still charged for fuel. Even though he highlighted what level I needed to return it with, he told me something completely different. Additionally, when you call the Uhaul 1-800 #, while you wait on hold, it tells you to return the truck with the same amount fuel as when you picked it up. It was completely misleading. The staff was somewhat rude, I wasted time going to a completely different location than my reservation, I wasn't given the equipment I ordered, and on top of that the representative mislead me about the fuel. I will never use UHaul again and I will not recommend them to anybody else. I'd rather pay a little more money for a more professional company that delivers what the customer wants/needs. This was a terrible experience.

Received a fair rate. mobile pickup was not working so I had to go inside. Was asked to swipe my card when it should have already been on file. was told it was because they did not have ANY of the equipment I rented days before. No notification. No suggested alternatives or solutions. Just “we don't have any of this”. Drop off also very difficult because not much space available to navigate and there were trucks parked all over the already narrow path to drive through.

I paid for a long furniture dolly and a boxes dolly and none of them were in the truck. I couldn't check when I went to pick it up because there was literally no room to even walk by. The tank was almost empty too!

Worst experience ever. I did my reservations online and selected the mobile pick up option. Upon arrival, I started following the instructions from my phone, scanned my id and got to the point where they gave me the truck number to locate my truck. I proceeded to look for the truck in the lot. An 80 years old and short looking man interrupted me, asking if he could help me. I informed him I'm just looking for my truck from my online order. He instructed me to go inside. I rebutted that I already have everything done online but he insisted that I go inside. Since it was a Monday and I had done my reservation on a Sunday, I just assumed he was well informed and probably they don't have the trucks ready. When I got inside it was a long, slow line with at least 8 customers ahead of me and just one employee at the front desk. It took 1 hour for me to get to the front of the line, by that time another employee was also at the front desk, he asked for my name, located my reservation and asked me to swipe my card. Since I did everything online and my sister was the one paying and had her card already on file therefore not physically present with me. I informed him I already have everything set up online, I don't have a card with me. He informed me that he can't see my online information he needs a card, which I understand, but yet he refused to even listen and allow me to explain that I have a mobile pick up reservation. In a condescending way he just yelled “ then do your own agreement online.” In frustration I went back outside to resume what I was doing IN THE FIRST PLACE, Following instructions from my phone and Lo and behold, the truck was already out there. So I just wasted a whole hour out of my 4 hours reservation ( which I did not get back btw even though I checked out an hr later). I proceeded doing everything on my phone and just had to go inside with a key number and he handed me the key and I went about my business. If a business owner offer online services, self help services. They ought to inform and educate their employees, to at least not interfere and make it difficult for customers. The story doesn't even end there. Upon returning the truck as I'm following the instructions from my phone to take the pictures of the mileage, gas and so on. The same old man asked came to me and wanted to take the key from me. I informed him, I am not yet done with the drop off instructions I will bring it inside when I'm ready. He started yelling “ma'am I need to take the odometer number…” I informed him this was a mobile drop off that I didn't need his assistance, he grumpily waved me off and walked away mumbling. I finished my drop off instructions and dropped the key in the locker box as instructed. This was the worst experience ever. I'm baffled, irritated.

After I reserved the vehicle and got a confirmation for 23 hours, this location was forcing me to return the truck in 8 hours or they were not going to give it to me. The argument delay costed me 150 dollars since I was paying 200 hrs to workers, 45 minutes delay. Last 2 Uhaul trucks I rented have cucarachas

The people are not so nice in this location. They are rude always trying to tell me I have to bring the truck back in 3-4 hours. I don't like being rushed and I like to hear a kind and pleasant voice when I come to rent. The older short man is always rude never smile or happy. Perhaps the job is too stressful or they bring their problems to work with them.

My original reservation was for U haul West Palm Beach 4371 Okeechobee BLVD W Paml Beach FL33409 When I got to pick up my trailer they charged me, and when I got to the parking lot it was NOT available. No one told me and I had to wait an hour until they attended me again... Regrettable

Air out vehicles that people have smoked in. We had broken items and trash from previous renter. Vehicle struggled to start and was not aligned. (I told this to the gentleman when returning). Customer service lacked. The lady at the desk upon pickup was quiet rude and no one offered help until I asked if our truck was ready. Upon drop off, the gentleman taking the truck back did not tell us to wait inside but instead left us waiting outside with no intention of telling us if we could leave or not. We know it's just small things that need improvement, but they make a difference.

Kid behind the counter, who couldn't have given a crap, rear end on my rental van bashed to the point where I couldn't open the back doors it but it was the only one they had, so I had to take it which was extremely inconvenient and cost me a lot more in time and effort.

Friendly customer service and family owned The check in and check out was quite efficient. Have rented from this location various times and always have a pleasant experience. Also the great aspect with this location is they have all the truck sizes and have several trucks so availability is good especially when you have a last minute need.

There were 10-15 uhaul returns parked inappropriately and I was unable to get my personal car out of the lot. I now have to rearrange my day around going back to pick up my own vehicle due to this in hopes that it is not damaged due to the horrible parking of others trucks. Their system never recognizes the check-in from their app. It's an absolute waste of time to reserve ahead of time and upload your license as they make you do it again at the store. No dedicated line for reservations, so you can 45 minutes with only one or two people ahead of you that just showed up with no reservation. They blame it on U-haul as if their not affiliated in any way. Very poor representation of the company. This is not the case at A1A location in Palm Beach Gardens where the app check-in works and they ask the line if anyone has a reservation and move them up.

Although the truck had a previous user's trash from lunch in it, the overall vehicle was clean. There should be a more definitive way of knowing how much gas is required to return it to "full." When I rented the vehicle, the needle was just under the full mark, making it very difficult to know how much gas to put in.

This location is understaffed and the counter agents are very rude and unfriendly. I was in line, but one of the Hispanic counteragents decided to assist another Hispanic that was standing behind me first. The van was not cleaned well, and had a foul odor in it. Someone also put in the wrong mileage out, so it made it difficult for me to return the van a few hours later and to put the mileage in.
