No one was there. Had hard time find the drop location. On the not so good side of ft wayne

I dropped off after hours, so I did not get to interact with staff. But as long as you read the after hours drop off information, the process is very smooth and easy. I was unaware of this location in the past and would definitely use them again next time I rent.

The app for 24/7 pickup was not working. I spent 40 mins on the phone trying to pick up the truck. Apparently there were a lot of issues with the app and website. My truck didn't have the equipment in it that I payed for. I couldn't turn the truck in with the app or website either. Truck itself was fine. The girl that helped me pick up the truck was more than helpful. Just more of an inconvenience than anything.

That was the most shaky and bouncy truck I've ever driven. Pure death trap for any unexperienced driver, definitely needs major maintenance. I've had better lucky driving army trucks in the back roads of south korea

* It took me an hour to go from pick up to completion. * The box that I was directed to had a key for the wrong truck. * I had to call Uhaul and waited 30 min. to speak to an agent to get the issue resolved. * The truck that I was originally assigned to was clean on the inside, but filthy on the outside.

Stupid charges for fuel.when it was right by empty when I got it

I've used the Uhaul app twice now and each time there were difficulties using the afterhours unlock option and required multiple logins. Seems like this app could be improved.

Staff was not there when we were scheduled to pickup uhaul had to call them. Had to wait 45 minutes before they arrive

Signage for the key drop off could be improved, was unattended on a Sunday but that's to be expected. Just seemed a little dark and Uninviting.

Mobile check in. Took over 1,5 hours! Which you cannot even start until you get to the location. Add a option to upload a phone from your library instead of making you take a picture.

The only problem I had was when I first got the truck the battery was drained and since it was contact less I had to figure it out myself. It also did it again when I stopped to refill the gas but other than that it went smoothly

Building can be a little hard to find

We were told we couldn't return the trailer to this location because they didn't need it. They wanted us to drive 6 hours to return the trailer to Indianapolis. I don't understand why I needed or was expected to make changes. Not very good costumer service, in my opinion.

UHAUL ARE THIEVES AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE. THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US FOR 1 UHAUL BY "STEALING" 2 PAYMENTS. IN ADDITION I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A LADY SAYING WE STILL OWED $118 FOR GAS AND EXCEEDING OUR 35 MILE LIMIT WHEN THAT WAS ALREADY DISCUSSED ABOUT OUR TRAVELING DISTANCE AND TRIPS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR WILL NEVER USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN. YOU ALL ARE A BUNCH OF PUNK ASS SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. LAWSUIT IS FORTHCOMING.

It is hard to find the location. No see that there isn't much commercial traffic there so no one was in the office when I came in. I had to call around for a while before reaching someone.
