I work with storage units and have had many over the years this is the best one and I recommend it daily. Easy access with different types of doors and the dollies are the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love this place

The clerk that waited on me was very pleasant and professional
The office was to be open until 5 pm so we hurried to drop off the truck at 4:30 pm and no one was there in the office for the drop off, eventhough stated hours should have been open until 5 pm. No clear instructions where to park and leave the returned truck. Will not use this drop off location again.
The young man who waited on us, took our info and pulled up our reservation, was nice and very competent. Most appreciative! The truck was clean, the blankets we rented were tidy and just what was needed. The tank was full and that makes it easy to return! Just fill up the tank. Thanks for a positive experience.

They did not put my car on the auto transport for me. I had to take the truck over to the keystone plaza location where they told me they wouldn't help me either... I had to beg them. It was disgusting... after 3 hours of moving in 95 degree weather to go through this. Then I after I begged and offered money he said yes and then I had to Uber back to my car and drive back. I originally asked when making this reservation if they would be able to put my car on the auto transport. Then last minute the Sunday before uhaul changed it to this other location where I was told they would. It was a nightmare. I missed my movers who didn't even call me.
I can't tell you what to improve, the people I worked with went above and beyond anything I would have asked of them. Mooching is always a stressful time for people. Your people at this faculty made my move so much easier, they did what they said they would do and they were extremely sympathetic to all my needs! Y'all should be grateful for this team and try to pay attention to how they treat customers, if your entire corporation ran like this facility you'd have zero competition.
Let customer know ahead of time what the charge will be if equipment is returned late
The truck dash indicated it needed an oil change, other than that everything was good!

inside of the cab was dirty and the floor had muddy foot prints and the body also was dirty but mechanically is seems just fine. May be I was just used to a super clean car.

Provide a paper receipt for the customer when they drop off the equipment, if you're gonna charge for equipment make sure it's not missing, and finally give the customer credit for returning the rental early.

I was supposed to be able to pick up the van at 7:00am with the on-line self check in service. However this didn't happen as I was not able to use the self check in due to not being given all the information needed to complete the check in process. I did call the U-Haul 800 number on 3 different occasions but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes on a couple of the attempts, I gave up. The store didn't open until 10:00am so I lost 3 hours in this process. Very frustrating experience dealing with your automated customer service line.
