kenneth SI was quoted one price, when i ordered the truck, then another quote when i picked it up, and when i dropped it off, i was charged more than twice the original amount.
Rikki LExcellent customer service, truck was available even though we arrived a little later than 10am - returned it earlier and all charges were adjusted as needed. Certainly will use them again.
Angela GSee other comments. The person I talked to at the drop-off location said fluid checks (no washer fluid) are not typically done. And cleaning the windows before renting out the truck. Forget about it. This is unacceptable and U-Haul's practices need to change ASAP otherwise you're renting out unsafe vehicles.

Frank WWhen I reported that I had not received the blankets with the vehicle the attendant was so helpful. She was rather new and didn't know precisely how to credit me for the lack of having moving blankets. But she was very friendly and as helpful as she could possibly be.
