Katrina O.We were told to have tank filled between 7/8 and full. We returned at 7/8 and were then charged by the drop off location another $12,5 for two gallons of fuel. That has never happened before and we have rented with UHaul multiple times. We look at other options next time.

STEVE L.Dropped of truck with 1/4 tank if gas. Drop off location lied, said it was 1/16 of a tank. I have gas receipt to prove they lied. When i called uhual the rep admitted they lied but said he would need to file a complaint to get manager approval. Why does Uhaul suck so bad at everything. Worst experience ever.

I was upset from the previous haul story, it with my attitude he still gave very good communication skills even while he was training someone else. The lady in the with the white blonde hair could have commuted a little better and her friendliness could have been better. I am sure she is an excellent person.

ADDISON K.While this facility was excellent, my experience with UHaul overall was horrible. My account was flagged with an EAlert because I owed zero dollars. That is correct, $0.00. It took me over 3 hours, to finally get ahold of someone in UHaul that could fix this. None of the phone numbers I was given were working properly. The phone would just disconnect everytime I pressed the option to speak to someone. It took a combination of chat, and finally getting a number to the collections department for them to realize the mistake they made.

Michael H.Every site should have a small air compressor available, and be sure that the tires are properly inflated. This is an inexpensive item, but important for safety reasons, and to provide a high level of customer service. Finding a service station with available and functioning air is difficult and time consuming these days. In addition many people do not know the correct tire pressure, and it can be hard to read on some tires. You could have the renting facility note the recommended tire pressure and record the actual when the trailer leaves the facility. This is a simple and quick way to insure a safe trip for the customer, and in addition minimize the costs of tire replacement and service calls for U-Haul. the right tire had 60 PSIG, and the left tire had 50 PSIG. cold. I always have a 12 Volt industrial quality compressor in my truck since I do a lot of towing, and many boat trailers require 90 PSIG. There is never a convenient time to have a flat tire, and the cost was about $60.00. The compressor is rated to 125 PSI, and I once used it to fill a large rear tractor tire which saved me a service call. For around n $300 you could purchase a good 12 Volt battery, small 120 volt,l battery charger, compressor and a small cart to provide a portable easy to use system. Considering that U-haul rents trucks tire pressure is even more important for safety reasons,and the payback in tire costs and service calls is even greater. If a few accidents were avoided annually insurance and legal costs would more than pay for the air compressor packages. Having worked for a large company and spending 15 years in the corporate office ("Foggy Bottom") I realize that this suggestion will die in limbo since it was not invented here (NIH). A good opportunity for someone to package and sell a small system. "Problem avoidance is better than problem solving" I was very impressed with how well the trailer towed, so I am sure that U-Haul has invested in the engineering the product. DIANE R.I have been using U-Haul for about 30 years total of about 7 times Your customer service did not ask me about my vehicle and when I got to the rental location my 2006 Toyota Tundra four-wheel drive would not fit on the transporter and was too wide to use a dolly the only solution U-Haul had was to reimburse me for the transporter that would have meant no way to get my vehicle back home I fought with U-Haul about 4 hours I ended up paying someone to drive my vehicle and put their vehicle on the transporter U-Haul would not even help cover that expense I will never ever use U-Haul again and I will never ever recommend using U-Haul to anyone I'm only one person but U-Haul needs to be careful with their customer service there are other companies out there
