Automated attendant experience was the first - and it was unusual. Was able to pick up truck and get going with two attempts.
JAMES DDealing with a "virtual" assistant via webcam was inconvenient, unprofessional and unimpressive. If my business doesn't deserve an in-person check-in experience, I'll take it elsewhere next time!!
KEVIN BBad customer service. Guy acted like we were disturbing him. He even tried to ask my 69 yr old mom to move the truck where he wanted it. He did end up doing it himself.

KARENJEANNE DThe truck I used had issues filling up. After 11/16th the gas pump would shut off. If you tried to manually override the pump it sounded like it was full and might overflow.

tim wIf an attendant will not be onsite for drop offs, maybe let the customer know and give instructions about what to expect.
Deborah JThe truck was filthy, low tire pressure in front wheels (only 30 psi). Cost to use truck for 4 hours was ridiculous (almost $100). Next time I'm just going to ask a friend for a favor and pay him for the trouble.
Matthew MThe manager was rather rude to me. All the preliminary forms I had filled out on line were apparently lost, so I had to redo that. I waited 20 minutes for the manager to come back to the office and serve me, and no "please", "thank you", or "I'm sorry " was offered.
Wendy CEmployee working on 11/30/23 ask for my ID. I handed to him he snatched it from my hands. Then did not return it back in my hands laid it down on the counter for me to pick it back up. Then after seeing my date of birth he replied. "You look much younger then that". The truck was clean and ready to go. I will not return to this location. 575 N Apollo blvd
Silena SManny (manager at storage dropoff location) was a tremendous help in checking the vehicle in after switching dropoff locations. For some reason, this facility wasn't provided as available drop locations on the web portal. Very convenient to offload and check in at same location!

Charles EOne employee is only interested in renting storage space and talks way too much and too long. I was over charged. My rental was $58 and I was charge $116 Now I have to fight for a refund

Juan PThey processed the return of the trailer as though they are a cashless facility. But according to a person I spoke to at uhaul .the processed it as they had given me cash back. When I called uhaul because something didn't look right . I was told they processed the return as though cash was given back for the deposit. I received no cash . I was told everything was straightened out but still to this day I do not have my 75 cash deposit back . I will be calling Monday.
Wesley LThe U-Haul app did not (again). I'd get most of the way through the check-out process and the app would hang and not let me proceed. I went inside to the counter and was done in minutes - after spending 3-times as long trying to check the truck out via the app.

Jeannette WNothing that I know of I picked up the uhaul and got it home… we'll I got my toe stuck on door panel and my body kept going…I fell to the pavers on my right butt cheek and I felt my back compress and so tremendous pain on right mid section and also broke the toe too…. H gh ping to emergency today…can barely walk So I had it returned on Saturday same day

Darryl JWindshield was dirty with bugs, interior was also dirty and needed to be cleaned. Pickup truck was overall very good, handled well and was enough to tow a small boat.
john cU-Haul made it easy the app allowed me to secure a pickup truck in advance and when I needed the Truck a few extra days I was able to secure it on the app very easy and on returning the truck I had the option of not having to deal with an agent if I wished because of the key drop box. I did actually deal with an agent on my return and he was a gentleman I highly recommend using U-Haul to anyone who need a storage unit or just a rental for moving or just for odd jobs, this pickup was cheaper then renting a car while my truck was in the shop I definitely would do it again. KCK
KEVIN KThe guy who checked us in was extremely rude and condescending. We told him we rent U-Hauls often and he said rudely that we should have an account if that's true. Like we were lying. I told him we made the reservation on our account so I didn't get why he thought we didn't have one. We've used U-Haul at least 15 times since 2008. Have never been treated so poorly.

STEVE PAuto transport was dented and not very well maintain. After only one hour of travel one of the tires blew out, I sat on the side of the road for 3,5 hours waiting on repair tech, this is unacceptable !!! I missed my appointment do to the waiting time. Once I returned the equipment I was told there was nothing they could do or give any kind of refund. I highly suggest to use other rental companies when renting equipment. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

John WThere was only one agent on duty all day. This necessitated the agent locking the office to tend to issues in the storage compound. Only one customer can be accommodated at any given time. Additional agents, even one more, would prevent a second or subsequent customer from having to step outside the office while the sole agent locked the office to show another customer a storage locker.

Angela PThe staff was very helpful with regards to hooking up the tow dolly and telling us how it needs to be loaded. There was some type of miscommunication about the reservation but they solved the problem quickly.

Katrina oWe were told to have tank filled between 7/8 and full. We returned at 7/8 and were then charged by the drop off location another $12,5 for two gallons of fuel. That has never happened before and we have rented with UHaul multiple times. We look at other options next time.

STEVE LDropped of truck with 1/4 tank if gas. Drop off location lied, said it was 1/16 of a tank. I have gas receipt to prove they lied. When i called uhual the rep admitted they lied but said he would need to file a complaint to get manager approval. Why does Uhaul suck so bad at everything. Worst experience ever.

Michael bThe gentleman who works there was very humble, friendly, very good communication skills. I was upset from the previous haul story, it with my attitude he still gave very good communication skills even while he was training someone else. The lady in the with the white blonde hair could have commuted a little better and her friendliness could have been better. I am sure she is an excellent person.
