The transport for my brand new car the ramp fell as we were driving my car on the ramp I am waiting for a refund for the one transport also the tire was bad all they way from NC to Orlando Florida we had to keep stopping for air in the tire!!!! Dangerous not acceptable I have never had issues with Uhaul 772/828-6296 Please call me

The floor was covered in dirt, dolly/rags left on with zip ties already broken we were told that if i hadnt of called and mentioned it they wouldve charged for the use of them. Brown liquid was also left on the walls

Wayne SimmermanI arrived to find the place didn't have the truck I reserved not only myself but 3 other people had the same problem that morning. They finally found me a truck but cost me money to my movers who had to wait a hour for me actually to get a truck. I'm very disappointed and don't know if I will use uhaul again for such a big inconvenience. No one has called about this situation yet.

TREVOR MOLDOVANI asked for a dolly as I had paid to rent one and one was not given to me. The truck was basically empty when I received it. Over all it was fine and I made it work but I paid for this service and did not receive an item I rented and had to completely fill the tank.

Miguel CastanedaIt would be nice to know about the pre-inspection process before leaving the lot. - not just getting the keys and getting told it's ready. Have your trucks go through a vehicle inspection; the truck needs an alignment done, and the break wasn't breaking correctly after the truck was full.

Ryan DuarteWe had a drop off location at Jacksonville Mini Warehouse and it was awful. No one was there to drop off the keys, the gate was locked, and the worker who answered the business number had no clue on how to help since she works from home. This location (street sound and tent) was perfect. It was clear where to drop off the uhaul and where to put the keys.
JOSEPH SURLESI had reserved online for a 5x8 trailer When I went to pick up I was told there was no 5x8 available. Then was told someone at uhaul cancelled my online reservation and didn't inform me. So they gave me a bigger which to big. And I had to bring it back sooner . I was rushed and I didn't get to help my daughter in pack or put things away on her dorm.
