The agent didn't check the trailer with me. The lights did not work and one of the tires was flat. Also, I was confirmed by one representative that the 26' truck I requested was scheduled for pickup. Then 2 hours later another rep calls and tell me that I would have to drive 40+ miles out of my way to get the truck. Totally unacceptable. That's why I settled for the trailer since it was closer to my home.Marcus T.

I reserved the vehicle with in the app butt my app was not working correctly but the U-Haul man called me on Sunday morning(pick up day) to check if i picked up the van yet and when i told him i was having trouble he walked me through the process successfully and i was on my way. This location was unlike any other U-Haul location we have ever used. We were disappointed the location had permitted a customer the previous day to take all of the packing blankets, leaving us with none, when we had reserved a dozen! Highly unprofessional for a U-Haul location!!MARK B.

The 99 cent a mile is way too high. Spent more money on mileage than the rental. It should be rental with a package mileage.michael B.
Could have had everything ready for pickup. This wasn't my first location and the didn't open until 10:00. Seems late to meShane E.
The keys were not located in the correct location for express pickup at 8am, the contact did not answer their phone that the app prompted me to call when the key could not be located, and then I was told to simply wait until the store opened 2 hours later. I requested a location that opened at 8am but I was changed to a 10am opening location. I was then charged twice for one transaction. The person who communicated through the app was not helpful at all and made it hard to maneuver through the process. The "Express" pick up took over an hour to end with a result of no vehicle to pick up. The business did not apologize for not leaving the key in the appropriate location and offered no assistance when the double charges were brought up. This was an awful experience.Tiara S.

The place we rented from was excellent. However, we will NEVER and I mean NEVER EVER use uHaul again. The customer service literally SUCKS. And your color test is incorrect online. When I am told 3 times that I am "impaired" because I can't pass the color test that is unacceptable. I am a RN and spend my days saving lives. Pretty sure I can pass a color test. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never be using this company again. You might as well fire your customer service employees because their jobs are pointless. I can't say enough about how terrible my experience was.Phillip F.

Al was friendly. But he had me sign the slip and neglected to tell me about the leaky gas cap and that water would come in. Therefore, when I signed the form it also released UHaul from responsibility. It did rain, but no disount on my rate. Disappointing.Theresa P.

Have the uhaul available at the time the customer is suppose to pick the uhaul up. Also for the customer not to have to drive an extra 30 miles to get there uhaul when they reserved there uhaul in advance.shelly L.
My reservation was for 10:00 (the time the store opened) but the owner didn't even open the store until nearly 10:15 which caused me to be late to a pickup appointment. Then, half of the contract I had to sign was not in English. The truck needed maintenance ("service deterrent system") and the back of the truck was filthy. Overall I wouldn't recommend reserving a uhaul from this company.Brianna C.

I did not get the size truck I reserved. Owner was late opening store, and, because they forgot to put the utility dolly on the truck, my driver had to go back to the store to pick it up! This inconvenience cost me more time and money. No, I would not recommend this location.gertrude V.
