Communication was not well. Felt like a bother. Dolly was not on truck as requested had to go to store when it opened to pick it up my self. Barely spoke when I did gobl back
ELIZABETH SYou can't pick the equipment up during non-working hours at the location. Put that in the location notes so that people don't waste their time trying to figure out what's wrong with their 24/7 Truck Share.
Corey GOpens at 9am doesn't mean 9,2am. Early check in phone app would not work so I had to wait from 8am till 9,2 am to check in

jackie sOnly 12 of the 60 blankets ordered online were available at truck pickup. I had to work through Uhaul by phone and drive a 2 hour round trip to get the blankets. Pathetic and disorganized corporate customer service on your company's part. The location offered excellent service beyond what was expected.

Lidia VThe vehicle was filthy. The dolly I ordered I never got. The people were ok but vehicle maintenance and equipment support was overlooked. When I returned the van I was blamed for it condition and the lack of dolly. First time and last time reserving from that location.

Allen BTruck cab was very dirty inside and outside. I went to the car wash before going home. I washed the outside thoroughly so windows were clear and wiped down entire inside of cab. Spilled beverages on console left sticky mess. The drivers inside window had what looked like dried spit running down it. "NASTY". I'd think that rental locations would check returned vehicles much better. I turned in a much cleaner truck than the one I rented. It did however, run and handle well.
PHILIP PI wasn't sure where to leave the truck - there was no Uhaul signage. But it didn't seem to be a problem. I checked in online and brought the keys inside and was finished.

Michael MThe agent didn't check the trailer with me. The lights did not work and one of the tires was flat. Also, I was confirmed by one representative that the 26' truck I requested was scheduled for pickup. Then 2 hours later another rep calls and tell me that I would have to drive 40+ miles out of my way to get the truck. Totally unacceptable. That's why I settled for the trailer since it was closer to my home.
Marcus TVery friendly and respected person that did my contract. Walked outside and hooked everything and make sure it was safe for me to take it. Would go back there definitely next time I need another rental car trailer.
FERNANDO MI reserved the vehicle with in the app butt my app was not working correctly but the U-Haul man called me on Sunday morning(pick up day) to check if i picked up the van yet and when i told him i was having trouble he walked me through the process successfully and i was on my way. I am so thankful to him for all of his help.

Daniel JThis location was unlike any other U-Haul location we have ever used. We were disappointed the location had permitted a customer the previous day to take all of the packing blankets, leaving us with none, when we had reserved a dozen! Highly unprofessional for a U-Haul location!!

Shane EThe keys were not located in the correct location for express pickup at 8am, the contact did not answer their phone that the app prompted me to call when the key could not be located, and then I was told to simply wait until the store opened 2 hours later. I requested a location that opened at 8am but I was changed to a 10am opening location. I was then charged twice for one transaction. The person who communicated through the app was not helpful at all and made it hard to maneuver through the process. The "Express" pick up took over an hour to end with a result of no vehicle to pick up. The business did not apologize for not leaving the key in the appropriate location and offered no assistance when the double charges were brought up. This was an awful experience.

james bThe place we rented from was excellent. However, we will NEVER and I mean NEVER EVER use uHaul again. The customer service literally SUCKS. And your color test is incorrect online. When I am told 3 times that I am "impaired" because I can't pass the color test that is unacceptable. I am a RN and spend my days saving lives. Pretty sure I can pass a color test. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never be using this company again. You might as well fire your customer service employees because their jobs are pointless. I can't say enough about how terrible my experience was.
