The truck I reserved was not available so I had to take a bigger truck which was more expensive. The truck was not clean. The rental place doesn't know what they are doing. Didn't explain anything about the vehicle or the rental agreement. Not a good representative for U-Haul. You probably want to do more due diligence on your rental agents. Never again for me!Robert C.

The truck was dirtyâ€"paperwork and debris (crumbs, wrappers, etc) from a previous renter were left inside. The truck itself was actually in pretty good shape, though, and ran well.DORINNE A.
Include dust brush and pan in vehicle and tell renters to use it. Floor was not swept either in front or cargo area.Peter K.

Truck smelled like cigarettes. I don't smoke and that makes me sick. Someone left gloves on the dash and in the door. I refused to touched the used gloves.BRYAN Q.

I ordered a dolly and blankets and never got them, nor did I get a refund. The truck stunk and had honey wrappers with trash in the wrappers.shawn S.

We reserved a van and learned, upon arrival, that there were no vans available. As we were on a tight schedule, we had to settle for a 10-foot truck instead - much harder to drive, bigger than we needed, worse gas mileage. The truck itself wasn't "dirty", but it certainly wasn't sanitized as I'd expect during a pandemic - coins left on the dashboard, crumbs on seats, etc. The "low tire pressure" light came on half way through our trip. Thankfully, it went away when we turned the truck off and back on again. The staff at the rental location were very friendly, but the location itself was simply a neighborhood gas station selling everything from t-shirts to hookahs. I don't know how well they're equipped to clean and service the equipment. And the rental process was incredibly disjointed - input everything online ahead of time, but then had to do it again at the location. A little squeamish about sharing license and credit card info. in an app on my phone that seemed to be available to the attendant as well. All in all, the rental served our purposes, but I won't be renting from a non-corporate UHaul location again. Too much confusion!!!ANNA C.

I was very unsatisfied with the rental of the van! It had people's trash in it from whoever rented it before me. I called and reported it to U-Haul immediately! If I was not set back 45 minutes due to the filing online of how to obtain the vehicle then I would have refused that vehicle! I am not going to pay a 25 $charge for cleaning someone else's trash! I'm still waiting for someone to get back in touch with me regarding the complaint that I had filed when I picked up the vehicle of the cleanliness. The van was filthy gog hair in the cab, The back had broken glass, leaves, and the mat was rolled back and cardboard was left. When I brought it back and told the attendent he told me if he had to clean it I would be charged. I've rented from them several times and there has been an issue every time.edward B.

Ok the grounds around the place was covered in trash. The truck had not been cleaned so I did it myself both cab & box. The service was ok but it felt like they didn't want to bother w the rental. There was no clearly marked way to pick up or drop off without going into the store. The store was clean why can't they pick up outside. Very bad presentation. Thinking I'll go to Penske next time. The 29,99 rent ended up at 87$. Anyways I got the job done. Try to get this place cleaned up pleaseLeonard B.
The van I rented was missing a windshield wiper and was not clean. The seats were covered in cat hair and there was dirt and leaves all over the back bay. Will not be going there again. Also as far as U-Haul itself... I reported that the van was not acceptably clean during the return process and was charged a 25 $cleaning fee! Awful experience.Tyler G.
When a customer has a reservation for a certain size honor that. It is inconvenient for the customer to make them go somewhere else or offer them a smaller size.felix S.

There was not the vehicle I ordered. I had to take a small truck as the van was not there. I had ordered a van. When I brought the vehicle back, the clerk did not check the vehicle or issue me a receipt of return. I waited a full 24 hours for a receipt.Kathleen V.
I received my rental with no gas, The needle was on E, I put 12 dollars worth of gas, I returned it with alot of gas left However I was charged 30 dollars for gas, total rip off and the attendant had no explanation. Never againIris and Alberto A.
