BENNETTE RThe Uhaul system was having issues when I got there to rent a truck. I was a walk-in. Despite the system issues, they were able to quickly come up with a work-around and I was on the road in a Uhaul truck in about 15min. Fantastic job taking care of the customer. Sometimes renting a truck can be a hassle, but they made everything easy for me. Can't say enough.

BENNETTE RGreat location to do business with! Trucks are clean actually very clean! At least you can get in them and feel comfortable eating whereas at some locations the trucks have been so nasty you didn't even want to eat lunch in them! Way to go Sum storage!

Colton CI used a truck that a former renter had said made some noises and Kim was concerned enough to ask me to confirm any issues with the truck. Upon my return I informed her of the issues and she called in the report immediately to inform her manager. She was genuinely concerned of the condition of the truck for future rentals.!!

BENNETTE RThey had the trailer hooked up and ready to go when I arrived. Best U-Haul rental location I've ever used. Most locations have dirty trucks with dead batteries, and the pickup process is a pain in the ass.
