First of all the person I dealt with that runs the place is named Fernando and he spelled my first name and my last name incorrectly even after I told him several times how to spell both so I never received an email like he said I would in regards to the rental. I did a walk around on the truck and noticed there were several huge gouges that ran several feet on the side of the truck and he never bothered to mark them as damaged so I had to have him go in and get the little X's to mark them on the box of the trailer so I wasn't charged for the damage.... Inside the truck the mirrors are not movable and the cup holder was broken. I was also told the rental was the same price as a 20 ft which was also incorrect and I figured my total charge would be under 100 $and it was over 150 $! Needless to say I probably won't use uhaul again.JENNIFER R.

The trailer ratchet straps were corroded and causing the straps to chauffeur. As I stated with my truck rental, this was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. Stay away from this location. The business is very sketchy, the owner is more concern with the tint shop than the safety and condition of the rental equipment. I do NOT recommend this locationAngelo R.

The man running the place was more concerned with his window tint business than the actual uhaul renting service. The truck I requested was not available so I had to use a 10ft box truck which had a engine light on, the blower motor for the air conditioning didn't work half the time and it had a severe vibration when driving. The fuel level was also recorded incorrectly and caused me to have to pay an up charge to have fuel put into the vehicle. By far the worst uhaul experience I've ever had, I do NOT recommend this place! Stay awayAngelo R.
The lock box was hidden from view due to a truck being parked right next to it. Call to Uhaul 1-800 number and waited on hold for an hour before reaching someone, only to find out they cancelled our order because we were late getting there! We drove for 8 hours only to be locked out. It took 2 hours to finally get a truck. Never again will we rent through the 1-800 number. Do yourself a favor and work with a live person, face to face.Renee T.

The owner was so helpful and welcoming. I chose check-in online and couldn't figure it out when I got there (I was panicking because we got there very close to the time I was scheduled to pick up. In hindsight, I could've done it as it's a very easy procedure) But he was kind and gracious and helped us without any comment regarding my technological ineptness. I received my receipt by email, however there was no explanation on the receipt for the additional amount that was charged to my card. I had two separate charges and a receipt that covered only one of the charges.Joann C.

Staff very helpful with 24/7 online capability. In future I would advise customers that it can take a few minutes to navigate the screens. A progress bar would be helpful as a novice is not anticipating how close they are to done (ie 45 % complete or 6 of 18 check in questions completed). It worked though so no serious complaints.Peter G.

The web link for picking up the rental truck did not work and I had to use manual/employee-assisted pickup. The drop-off link did work but I was not about to get my phone device drenched in a downpour just to take the required two external photos of the truck, so I took photos of the rain instead through the windshield.Gary W.

I rented a 26 ft. Uhaul it was a bit pricey but well worth it! Unfortunately we parked the uhaul in a parking lot at a grocery store after unloading everything to the new spot...went home to get some rest came back to the uhaual to drop it off and it was GONE! STORY SHORT it was towed and I got the uhaul back late and they didn't even charge me. I appreciate it cause the tow bill was outrageous! Dont leave the uhaul unattended people lol! Everything was fine. HOWEVER, I would not recommend to a friend because the person in the office was not wearing a mask. It is a small office and there is no way to escape the air particles taht he was breathing out. My wearing a mask was to protect him, but he did nothing to protect me. I have a weak immune system and so do my children, so his not wearing a mask is extremely upsetting. You have a sign on the door that a mask has to be worn, so why wasn't he? I wasn't in a position I could just turn around and leave and go somewhere else. I had a housefull of belongings on the line if I didn't get them out in time as well as help waiting for me to return with the truck. I am praying he didn't have the virus or anything else for that matter. He was a nice enough person, but that doesn't make it okay to put others in danager like that.Virginia T.

Had to wait for attendant to finish tinting a car window before waiting on me. When he did, I got a truck the previous renter just brought back The renter turned the keys in, no cleaning of vehicle, the keys or vehicle checked. Attendant did not have mask on.Michael L.

When I attempted to return the truck to a location on US-19 (Smoke Shop) in Holiday, the attendant refused to accept my return and said he did not have space for it. After Several attempts to contact the 800 number for uhaul, I was given a different address On Alt 19. The gentlemen at that location was great and although their lot was clearly full (unlike the smoke shop which has only one large truck parked in the lot) he accepted the return with no issues.MARYSOL N.

Nothing wrong with this location. The overall experience was horrible though. Original pick up location changed due to the truck I reserved was no longer available due to the person currently renting it extending their time. No big deal, it happens. So they move it to Smokin Pipes. Same time, same everything. Get there at my designated time and no one is there. Call the contact #, goes to voicemail. Call the #that called me the previous day to move the pick up location and sit on hold for 10 minutes. When they finally answer and I explain what is going on she says I'm not in her marketing area and transfers me. Another 10 minutes on hold, then tell the person that finally picked up what was going on and without saying 1 word to me transfers me again. Another 10 minutes on hold and they finally pick up. I explain rather heatedly again what is going on and she proceeds to try to explain to me the difference between pick up location and preferred location to which I explained that is not the problem, the problem is there is no one here for me to be able to pick up the equipment from. She then days that I selected mobile pick up to which I replied I absolutely did not and if I had why do I haveno instructions from U-Haul on how to use that function? Her response was to transfer me to the regional. Yet another 10 minutes on hold and he gives me thesame bullshit speech the previous rep did. While on the phone with him low and be hold I am magically sent an email from U-Haul saying that my pick up type was changed to mobile with a link on how to use it. This is a full hour after my actual pick up time. He finally decides to move my reservation to this location. Everything went smooth here but getting here was complete crap. I will never use U-Haul again after this. I have used U-Haul for over 20 years for somewhere around 13 mics and never had a bad experience till now which lost then a customer.Keith H.
