I rented in St George Utah because the rates in Ca are absolutely absurd. I even tried to get a price match/price comparison and was told that Ca is the only state that you cannot do a price comparison. I feel bad that a company like U-Haul has to bow down to the liberal mindset of the Ca leadership, and I use the term leadership loosely. It is a controlling, unpatriotic environment that U-Haul finds itself in and I feel bad for you. A 5x8 from Southern Ca to Johnson City, Tn over $1000, Johnson City to Southern Ca for the same trailer, $206, there is something wrong with that.

The ap has lots of issues and has to call U-Haul for help for the self serve. Took almost an hour to actually get the truck with all of the glitches. Self serve needs to be more easily accessed. Returning was definitely more smooth. Other than that, good experience

Have a way for your local franchises in smaller towns (like Hurricane Utah) to have adequate backup of equipment so the customer doesn't have to drive to another location further away to get what was reserved. In our case, our rental was dependent on another customer turning in their trailer as was arranged. I would think that when this happens, the UHaul company would offer to and ensure get a trailer in advance from a nearby business and not expect the customer to make up the difference. It added another 30 miles and more time on my busy day - but it all worked out!

The staff at Sunbrook uhaul and storage are friendly, resourceful and well trained. As a customer in a bind with my destination choices, Sunbrook went beyond their job duties to make the moving experience affordable, stress free, and overall a fantastic experience that makes me recommend the uhaul option for my extended family who is right on my heels for moving!

Returned trailer after hours and picked a parking spot. Unfortunately after disconnecting we discovered the location wasn't level and I had to find a rock to block the tire while my friend stopped the trailer from rolling. It would be helpful if I was given an area on the lot to park the trailer

From start to finish the entire experience was professional and hassle free. The driver who dropped off our containers was very helpful and talked through the entire process which was helpful. Every contact with UHaul customer service was extremely helpful and always kept us up to date.

I have experience with storage facilities in several states. Sunbrook is one of the verrrry cleanest! I did not see one bug! I never, ever detected the scent of pest control spray (like they have in some storages - and it permeates your belongings). I loved that there are cameras everywhere and that a fob is required to enter the grounds. I felt that my things - and I, when I visited - were safe and secure at all times. Bonus: you can rent a uHaul if you need to! I highly, highly, highly recommend Sunbrook Storage!

Debbie was so helpful! I was so stressed trying to get my ijured son son and his car home. H couldn't drive and she helped me chose get a car carrier to pull his car home with my truck and be able to have him with me. Thanks Debbie!

After being let down by my local uhual location after confirming a reservation I had to drive an hour down to this location and picked up a trailer on a saturday the gentleman at the counter that assisted me was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend this location to everyone! 5 stars

Debbie and Chris are most excellent people to work with. I was an exterior storage customer for over 5 years. During that time my needs changed a few times and both Debbie and Chris were there for me and satisfied the needs I had. Most professional, friendly and very helpful.

I sold my RV after the catalytic converter was stolen from it at this facility. My only complaint is that the camera system was not working. If you store your RV here, take the extra storage protection insurance for $9 a month.

I found this place to be very understaffed. Phone calls went to voicemail that were then not responded to. If I went to the front desk to speak with someone, almost always there was no star at the front desk for up to 30 minutes at a time, OR, there was a long line and a very long amount of time to wait for a turn as again, it is very understaffed there. And I could never pay my bill online, it wouldn't work, and so, every month, I had to go in person, wait in line, to pay my bill. Not at all convenient. The staff there was always friendly and helpful, just scarce which made getting taken care of in a prompt manner frustrating. Also, the cart on the premises was taped with dirty, falling apart duct tape while a sign on the door read, 'We clean everything daily'... um... how do you 'clean' that? Better hand carts in working order are needed there as well. Again, this is not reflecting current staff, simply the owners only. The staff do not have a say in poor business practices. I found all staff to always be kind and courteous and helpful despite the poor conditions under which this particular business is managed.

Exception to the security, someone threw a drink on top of my unit which spilled onto some of my possessions. The same thing happened when my father rented some units there.
