Customer service was awful. Wouldn't recommend this location at all. I would have went somewhere else if I lived in Harrisburg and wasn't leaving to go back home.

This location is where I wound up and it was fine, however this was my original pickup location, 5267 Simpson Ferry Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Absolutely horrible. First the gentleman that was there never acknowledged I was in the office as he was poking away on the iPad. Then when he did take the time I told him I was there to pick up a 20' truck to which he replied, "not here you're not." I told him I had a reservation number that proves otherwise. I was fuming as he didn't really even offer to help figure out what the problem was. I went to another dealer to get away from that one and she helped me figure out that someone was supposed to call me and let me know the pickup location changed. That did not happen. She verified that. So I spend the first 2-3 hours of that morning when I should have been loading, trying to find my truck. Very frustrating. I did not get the entire move done as I ran out of time. I usually have great experiences with U-Haul, but not even close this time.

The lot was not very well lit and there was not very much signage as to where to park the trucks, the key door box was at least lit and marked.

Put 5 gallons of gas in for a 57 mile trip in a ten foot truck and they still charged me for two more gallons, at 3,56 $ a gallon I might add. Rip off!!!!

The location was changed on us less than 24 hours before pick up meaning we had to rearrange our moving schedule. The truck was also not the truck we reserved. When we called our original location, they gave us 400 extra free miles to make up the difference but that was not honored at our new location. The truck was not there when we arrived, the Sunoco worker didn't know what was going on, and the items we requested were not with the truck. Very terrible experience and we will never use Uhaul again because of this experience.

I rented a U-Haul just two weeks ago and it was the worst experience of my life and I have been using U-Haul for yearssssssss. But I used a location in Owings mills Maryland and one in Allentown Pa. this tiny one on N Front was so much friendlier and faster and I didn't have to be on the phone on hold for two hours. Will use only them again!

This truck was extremely dirty I had to sweep out the cargo area when I got home before I could load my stuff. There was something smeared on the passenger window and when I told the pickup location I was told they had nothing to clean it.

Still waiting on a reimbursement for the extra gas I filled up above the start line. I have photos and also submitted photos upon pickup.

Only person working at location should have some working knowledge of uhaul process or the staff who who are uhaul trained should instruct on location staff as to protocol for checking in and out equipment. I had they keys tossed to me and upon return I asked for a receipt which didnt happen. Furthermore I made notes after I picked up of equipment listed bit not provided and not wanted. Was told by uhaul online chat that notation would result in locale staff removing before final invoice. That did not happen and I had tu o get uhaul to issue redundant which kept 140 $of my funds for another 5 days. That refund was more than the final invoice. That location does not seem to adhere to uhaul protocols and contract notations and it cost me tine energy and money that I needed during my move versus 5 days later.

Fix your ap. Was not able to use the " ez" pick up using Iphone. And I DO KNOW how to use it. It did NOT work. So I had to go into gas station where nobody wore masks. It took 25 mn to get the truck. FAIL

Have an employee working that knows how to handle a customer picking up their truck and supplies. Have all the equipment and supplies at the store and ready for you. Especially since I reserved 3 weeks a head of the pick. Tell the owner on the phone with the employee to think about the customer not his attitude he's to important to come in and get your equipment and give you the proper paperwork. SAD, Sorry place to rent a truck. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL...

Keep doing what you're doing! Turn in was a breeze! I wish I would have remembered his name, but he met my husband as he parked to turn in the rental. No need to hunt for someone. Very friendly and quick, too! Wish we'd have used this drop off location last time!

I didn't buy gas because this was a gas station, that u was returning to. The pumps were not opened yet and I didn't have time to go elsewhere to fill it. So this cost me more than I expected to pay.

It took me over 2 hours to get the truck. The cashier wasn't trained on it and had to wait about an hour for the owner and then it still took him about an hour even though I already signed up on line and had my confirmation number. Wasn't very pleased with the long wait. I had people waiting for me to bring back the truck to load it.
