The truck was fine except that there was furniture left in the back. I had issue picking truck up. I Had to call customer service because app was freezing up. The people in the store said they could not help. Took me 30 minutes to pick up truck. I did not realize there was furniture left in the back until I got to residence to load truck. There were several items including large recliner. We discarded what we could to make room for our things. When I was trying to return the truck I had to wait 20 minutes for the employee of store to move her truck that was blocking the only place there was to park truck. I offered to park it on a side where there was room but she said it had to be in back. She said she would be out in a minute to move it. I waited 10-15 minutes for her to move it. Went back in the store and she said. I was supposed to do something wasn’t I? I said yes, move your truck so I can park the U-Haul. She said ok hand on just a second. She came out a couple of minutes later and moved her truck. Not a great place to pick up or park larger trucks. Very small parking lot.

Have the location check the trucks in. I was called three different times about returning the truck in which I had returned on Sunday before time was up.

The people at this location were very friendly and helpful. As a convenience store, it’s Ok for drop off but difficult to recognize it as a U-Haul location if not for the U-Haul equipment in the parking lot. Some signage to show that it’s a U-Haul location would be very helpful not only for those picking up or dropping off equipment but also to advertise it as a bone fide U-Haul site.

Not a fan of that gas station off redbud rd. They sell legal crack and the customer base they get is less than ideal. Dropped it off with my kids and had to explain some less than ideal questions they were asking about peoples behaviors. The cost of renting the U-Haul was absolutely outrageous. Over $200 for a day of use paying $1 per mile. Will not be renting a moving truck again.

I am still awaiting a call back from a Supervisor. The agent I spoke with said that I would be receiving a call from a Supervisor. My experience renting from this location has to be one of the worst ever!!!

Location was tiny and there was not much room to move around to park the trailer. The person on site had the same problems connecting to Uhaul as they did in Conneticut.

Was charged for 2 gallons of gas I did not use, I added gas myself to make sure I wouldn’t be charged

I really needed a 6x12 trailer but only 5x8 was available in Calhoun GA area. The trailer I got was pretty worn out looking with cracked paint on front and sides. It got the job done but I had to put more things in my pickup bed due to smaller trailer.

The equipment was full of mud and the associate didnt seem to know how to check out the equipment. she’s the owner but the process took so long for me to get the trailer. Then I was charged 8 dollars for insurance even after optioning out from the mobile app and reminding her at check out. All she could tell me was call U-Haul to get the charge off your self. Then I also had to go back inside to get her to move a different truck that was parked in front of my rental, and she handed me the keys to rearrange her trucks.

When I rented from a corporate store they selected that I could turn the truck in at any location of my choosing in my destination city because I was not familiar with what would be closer. When I got to my location I got a text from U-Haul saying they selected a drop of location for me tat was on the other side of the city. I called customer service and said I would not do that because it would add miles that U-Haul would charge me for. The whole experience was disappointing. I am usually a fan of U-Haul and that is why I have an account with them. But this time they took every opportunity to make me angry and cost me money.
