CEZARY MWas never informed I had to take pictures of the truck before leaving the lot. Received a text after already getting on the road that I should take photos. I was already working and on the clock. Was blamed for a scratch that was 100 % not my doing when I returned and had to pay $150 extra on top of the rental. Don't think that was fair when no one told me I had to take pictures before leaving. Nor did they come out and take any pictures. I think your policy should be that the person renting the vehicle AND the people who rent them out for uhaul should ALL have to take before photos. Never renting from uhaul ever again.

MARY SAt my initial reservation location the date was misunderstood and thus I received a cancellation notice. I went to see that location and was advised to contact the phone number in my cancellation notice, the individual I wound up in communication with was very helpful and assisted me in "bringing my reservation" back to life with the change of location to 16 Sunset Drive, St Thomas. The folks there were very helpful especially with unplanned schedule changes on my part where I needed the vehicle earlier then intended. They made my life easy and rest assured I will be utilizing them again. Merci.

Jaroslaw JI picked up my trailer on Saturday. It was quite busy and only one person was working which was difficult for him. He was very apologetic about the delay but I was fine with the situation. Others seemed to be a bit agitated.

Al POriginal drop off did not involve a lot of interaction. Had an issue with being charged an extra day, when in fact it was returned early. Returned the following day and after a couple computer glitches, I got the extra day charge refunded. Drop off should probably have had more interaction and immediate completion of return receipt, however the assistance upon my second visit was much better.

Bob hwas billed twice for this rental. Went in with all papperwork was told the first charge was a deposit & would be refunded. She did own up to one error that was fixed but still waiting on refund of said deposit. There is no way a $39 dollar rental should cost you $300 after its all said & done. double billed & run around will be all you get here
Shelley WThe windshield wiper is not properly working,plus the washer fluid has water so when we are in a -20° temperature area the wipers cant remove the dirt and the washer fluid is frozen on the windshield,almost zero visibility because of that and also because of the bad weather.

Mike VThe last renter's receipt was still in the cab. You could see the dirt on the floor from the last renter. I didn't know how to rate the cleanliness of the vehicle. It wasn't bad for the season (winter) but just thought it would have been clean for the next renter.
