Mostly self guided through the app. The attendant was friendly and helpful. The truck was very clean and the process was pretty quick and easy.

My entire order disappeared from my records and after my trip was completed i was charged an extra 25$ with no warning or explanation as to why. Not even an email letting me know I was going to be charged or what for. Bad business and looks sketchy!

Kyle WArrived 10 minutes before my reservation time only to find the gas station was locked up and closed, employee had a hand written note on the door that he would be back in 20-25 minutes, realize things happen but we had to wait until attendant returned, common courtesy phone call would have been nice but I digress. Moving on got what we needed done just delayed a bit.
Joseph LFrom where I got my truck from there is nothing to improve, He was such a great guy very respectful and professional and very courteous. Helped out with everything. I would definitely go back to the Bp sunset location in Waukesha if needed another truck!!
Chris TA gas station attendant threatened to have my vehicle towed for parking my vehicle in a parking spot for a few hours while I used the truck. When I got back I found they had since handwritten a notice prohibiting the very situation. The note had not been there earlier. Very shady. Very rude. Won't ever go there again.
Trevor BThe issue wasn't with the location but with the stupid app. I was trying to pick up the truck but the app crashed and when I went back in, it thought I already picked up the truck and couldn't get the code for the key. The lady at the location didn't know what to do so I had to sit on the phone on hold for half an hour just for someone to give me the code.

DENNIS DGiven incorrect truck by someone who didn't know what they were doing. Had to return truck after having some of it filled. There was ZERO consideration of my needs or time!! And, after returning, had ZERO confidence in Agent. And, didn't get equipment I ordered! Horrible experience!!!!
PAUL OPick up schedule for 8am. Business was not opened until 8:30am. After a failed live chat experience (where I received no reply), I called the 800 number from the website for customer service to where I was unable to speak to anyone. No apology was give for the tardiness for the pick up location or being late, just excuses and a attempt to make me look like the bad guy for picking a 8am pick up on a Saturday. No apology, no option to extend or cancel, or discount for cutting into my reserved time. No anything. Very poor business.

Moira FThis was on par with my previous Uhaul experiences that compelled me to look elsewhere for rental of moving trucks. I decided to give it a try after many years and will not be coming back or recommending rental from Uhaul. I was supposed to pick up truck at 8:00 am. The employee did not arrive until 8:10 when there were already three people waiting for rentals. It took nearly 30 minutes for the employee to locate the keys to the truck and realize that all of the equipment that I had reserved for my truck rental were not in the truck. I had to drive the truck to a different location to pick up the equipment that I had reserved and scheduled to have on the truck. This was a frustrating experience to start your moving day with. I would have expected a full refund of my rental truck and equipment after such poor customer service, but it felt as if this is was the usual experience of the employees. Very disappointing. JONATHAN KHave the attendant do a walk-around the vehicle with the renter to inspect for cleanliness (inside and out), and note any new damage to the vehicle (if any).
