Very easy to drop off Uhaul. Staff very friendly.

MIKE SI over slept and returned my vehicle late and they reported the cargo van I was using stolen. Was the worst experience ever. Could've gone to jail. Usually there's just a late fee charge but getting the police involved is ludicrous.

JOHN BDoors were locked at the location and no one was at the location during the day to receive the returned truck during the day on Monday.
SAMUEL BFirst time I went to pick up the trailer, they didnt have it due to some mechanical reason. however, all they have to do is call me and let me know that the trailer has issues and to pick it up somewhere else. I called the corporate office and the agent told me that she can see the trailer in the store and she doesnt understand why they didnt comply with the reservation. I went to another store and everything was fine. When I return the trailer in Daytona beach, I arrived 10 minutes to 7 pm ( they close at 7 pm) and the agent at the front desk told me to comeback tomorrow or leave it in the parking lot somewhere. At that point a young guy ( cameron I belive was his name) hear the conversation and he told me " dont worry I will take care that for you". The agent in the first and last place suck !!!

Ronald CTell them "Read the instructions about truck return BEFORE dropping the key in the Dropbox." I couldn't attach the picture I took previously in the return process online. (It only allows a picture real-time, which is challenging when the keys are in the lockbox.)

WILLIS CHad no gas and then she charged me more for gas. She didn't have the right size truck for me and I was never contacted with this information and didn't find out until I showed up. Then I was overcharged! my movers couldn't fit all of my stuff in the small truck so they had to go back the next day to finish with an empty truck. If she wouldn't have been lazy and messaged me on Friday night, I could have handled this then and saved a lot of money. Horrible location! Horrible service

Michael G1st went to the original store on US Hwy 19 Clw where the reservation was made online. The trailer was not ready, in fact it even had a flat tire and the rear chains were hanging over the rear lights therefore blocking partial view of them with no solution. A male employee tried pumping up the tires but one had a big nail in it so would not hold air. What was done right is the young lady working there quickly found us the same trailer about a mile away. We inconveniently went there, to Sunset Point Auto, and all of their trailers were in working order, ready to rent tires all pumped to pressure and no dangling chains blocking any lights. The reservation was transferred in minutes to Sunset Point. The owner helped us hook it up. He made sure all the lights were working, and that the hitch chains were connected. It turned out to be a great experience at Sunset Point however your US Hwy 19 Clearwater store needs work. We noticed excess rust on much of their equipment.

Terry SSee statement that I wrote up above. I was very upset that I had to fix that fender on the highway and then I get back and they gave me a hard time from U-Haul. Instead of thanking me for fixing the fender so it wouldn't break off of the dolly.

Adam YTruck was clean AC stopped working and had no AC for 8 hours of the 11 hour drive. Neither locations fault and situation was addressed with a good out come. Vit the customer service rep for the FL area was amazing. Things happen it was unfortunate but felt like a valued customer through it all and would definitely recommend both locations and UHAUL!!!!
Neal BI highly recommend Uhaul particularly this location. It was no hastle, I was in and out and the truck was ready to go! I also would highly recommend the moving help service if you are looking for extra hands or just help moving your stuff. I hired Lambs Moving and they were impressive, good work ethics, arrived on time (before I did actually), they work straight through and also accommodated my travel and help unload (yes, they did that!). It was amazing and I could've never gotten all of my stuff done without them (I made the right move/choice with Lambs Moving). I originally had help but the guy bailed out on me last minute and it was really quick to request the help from Lambs Moving, Nick the owner, from start to finish, he was in communication with me to make sure that job was done correctly to how I would like it to be and with correct efficiency and costs. Please give them a call if you need any help about moving.❤️ Thank you Uhaul and thank you Lambs Moving!

John ELisa and the staff were so personable, everything was smooth sailing for the move. However, I was charged for a fuel refill when I put over the amount of fuel back into the truck. I am still waiting for a refund. Otherwise everything was great.

TY FThe fuel charge was unfair and uncalled for..the lady at the location was trying to get the charge off but could not i guess..i returned the truck with the same fuel thst was in it. I put about 18 miles on the truck. I put 8 dollars in it and then uhaul charged me 30 dollars…thats not cool at all
