The gentleman running the store was exceptionally polite and helpful. Excellent experience
ERIC MThe only thing that made this experience less than desirable was the location in which trucks get turned back in. Basically whoever dropped their truck off the night before blocked my truck. So I had to call someone to meet me up at the location to help guide while I inched the truck back and forth for 30 minutes just to get it out of the spot.

douglas mThey rented me a truck with the check engine light on and said it was okay to drive. Not ok. The truck had branches/ Debris. Also on the ramp Very frustrating during a move! I would not recommend this location!!!!!

JUDY OThere was nobody to help hook up the trailer. I had to pick up the 6 by 12 trailer by myself. The woman at the location was not able to lift it. When I got home I found there was a padlock on the trailer and could not be opened. I called and she said she would call me back. She did not call back until 1 hour later. By that time I had broken it off myself. When I returned it there was nobody that could unhook it for me. She sent me to another location to drop it off there. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U haul.

ROBERT MWe arrived to our location on Sunday June 8th. Due to the Apartment Complex guidelines we could not leave trailer on premises overnight. We returned to designated drop off area and parked and dropped off trailer. I left my contact in key box as there was no one present at time of drop off.

Tami Si arrived at my requested pick up location only to fine my pick location was somewhere eles. this was a auto sales place. they said they did not have the any Adapters. so i had top drive back to where i just came from and buy the Adapters. when i returned they said they didnt have my trailer. it was being returned and they were late so i would have to wait 4-5 hours. so i came back the next day and picked it up.

MIKE SI over slept and returned my vehicle late and they reported the cargo van I was using stolen. Was the worst experience ever. Could’ve gone to jail. Usually there’s just a late fee charge but getting the police involved is ludicrous.

JOHN BDoors were locked at the location and no one was at the location during the day to receive the returned truck during the day on Monday.
SAMUEL BFirst time I went to pick up the trailer, they didnt have it due to some mechanical reason. however, all they have to do is call me and let me know that the trailer has issues and to pick it up somewhere else. I called the corporate office and the agent told me that she can see the trailer in the store and she doesnt understand why they didnt comply with the reservation. I went to another store and everything was fine. When I return the trailer in Daytona beach, I arrived 10 minutes to 7 pm ( they close at 7 pm) and the agent at the front desk told me to comeback tomorrow or leave it in the parking lot somewhere. At that point a young guy ( cameron I belive was his name) hear the conversation and he told me " dont worry I will take care that for you". The agent in the first and last place suck !!!
