Dennis P.I run a moving company and our box truck needed emergency repairs, requiring the rental of a Uhaul to further assist our customers. When my crew member arrived to pick up the truck, he had to drive around to find the lock box where the keys were said to be located, and once he finally found it, there were no keys there. Luckily his driving around woke the person running the place, she came out and gave him the keys. This is not the first time using 24/7 share, typically it takes us about 10 minutes to complete the check out process at another location in our area, but unfortunately they didn't have a truck available. I will not use this location if I can avoid it.

Theresa just happen to see me pull into the campground and sitting there for a sum of time and came over to see if I needed any help/ I am soooooo glad that she did.

Shane F.My truck was barely half full of gas, and when I tried to return it the app kept crashing or not accepting the pictures I took. Tried to call Uhaul twice with a 30 and 60 min wait each time, with no luck. On top of that I got charged for an extra day and had to call in to resolve. The only good note was the local company was nice and friendly
Daniel D.I have rented Ford trucks in the last seven or eight weeks and I'm disappointing to say that every time I return it I filled them up to where they were when I pick them up or more but yet they always charge me for 8 to 10 gallons additional fuel it appears are just looking for a way to make more money on the overall rental I'm seriously thinking that I should be checking and Penske trucks next time I need to rent as I'm tired of getting the surprises

JULIAN G.Location was not open at 4 PM, when I needed to drop off the trailer. Was scheduled and no luck, had to keep the trailer another day and make a second trip the next day. Then when I arrived the location did not have a employee to check the trailer in. The only person there was an elderly lade that was unhelpful, she was playing solitaire on computer. This is at a rv park in a small shed, not a very good representation for uhaul.

Tanner R.I was told that I could return my truck anytime Saturday but that wasn't the case. I had to return it Saturday by 8 am in the morning. I was charged an extra day of insurance and the truck fee. The girl that rented me the u-haul didn't make herself clear on the return time and on top of that, the u-haul web site wouldn't let me check in the truck. NOT HAPPY! t
David H.Originally was told to drop the truck off at Alvord. That location was completely locked up. No way to drop truck off after hours. Called customer service and requested permission to drop off at Sunset. The Sunset location was much cleaner and professional looking. It was Saturday night and the location was closed but I was able to get on the property and use the after hours drop box. The uhaul web site was easy to use. Just follows the steps. Easy and no problem. As far as I know, everything went fine and the truck was locked up and left at the Sunset location.
