Personnel was not on-site. Difficult location to drop off. No assistance at all. Will NEVER use this location again.

XAVIER WI made reservation more than a wk prior for in person pick up at U-haul Main Location on Stateline Ave. U-haul transferred it to Sunshine Storage which was closed when I arrived on time to Pick up the truck. They had a note and phone # on door saying they were open but staff was at another location. The door was locked! We called the number and the guy tried to get me to follow instructions online to get a key code to the truck. I refused because my reservation was for an in person pick up so he said ok he would send someone. A man arrived 20 minutes later. They had no air conditioning in the office, we were sweating! Heat index was over 100 degrees. We walked out the door with my scheduled 9 AM pick up at 9:41 AM. Unacceptable!!! We were very dissatisfied with the service at pick up!!!
