Wish the milage wasn't so high per mile. If u are moving across the whole of Phoenix and back just one or twice it costs over 200 bucks just in milage alone. Had I know this I would have definitely shopped around some more for a better rate.
samuel gagliardiOverall good experience. It can sometimes be hard to find an employee at the desk. The U-Haul desk is located in a remote area of the store. Typically there is no one manning the desk. This sends you on a search throughout the store for somebody.

TERRY WRIGHTGeorge was not the right person to handle this service. He was slow and incompetent, it took over 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle and 40 minutes to return. Based on this experience I will go elsewhere.

tom sladeThe rental person was not familiar with the simple process for a small trailer rental. The tires were under inflated which created an issue to find air for the tires. One tire required air twice while I had the trailer. The ramp securing pin on the right side was very difficult to remove and re-install. I informed the person when I returned the trailer, I suspect nothing can be done at the hardware store to correct the problems. Very disappointed

DAVID STILLERthe rear passenger tire was completely bald.down the center. all of the other tires were fine. a relative noticed it. After seeing it, I was concerned about driving on it and risking a flat tire while moving between locations. I extended the rental an additional day but then ended up not using it during the initial day for fear of a flat. When I returned the van, the True Value guy said he thinks someone over inflated the tire and said he is taking the van out of circulation.

robert lenhartWe did online pick-up so had very little contact with the people at the pickup location. Not sure how much time it takes to process rental using people at location but online processing took us 30 to 40 minutes by following all procedures and checking vehicle for damage so make sure you arrive early enough so that you can stay on schedule. They say you can arrive up to 1 hour before your requested pick up time to pick up your vehicle.
Gary BockThis location was helpful just overall frustrated with uhal at this point this is the 4th time we have tried to rent and there has been an issue with rental not being returned or the location not notifying us of an issue before we come to pick up our rental. As a small business owner, I would hope that uhaul had better customer service, but even the district manager was rude when I called him this past weekend.

lee kinstnerSteve was amazingly helpful. He was friendly, and he even volunteered to get the truck and move it closer to the building, so my service dog wouldn't have to walk on the hot pavement. The truck was cleaner than any Uhaul I have ever rented. Five stars are not enough to rate how positive this experience was. Very, very well done.
