Renee SGave us a nearly empty on gas truck, then when returning no one was to be found. Phones were ringing non stop with no one answering in the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday. We took a photo of the gas meter before leaving and made sure the meter was more then what was in there when we got the truck. Tried to claim we didnt put gas in the truck. Then we get charged DOUBLE what was quoted on the app.
Jeremy BNo one check the mileage beforehand when I returned it it charged me for 40+ miles amd I. Reality I didn't when use the 20 I paid for. No help or assistance just overall poor experience
Cheyanne WHad to go to 5 different uhaul locations for pickup as the trailer I reserved was not available (stolen or otherwise not there) at 4 locations across Augusta GA. Not an excellent pickup experience, though the final pickup location where trailer was actually picked up was fine.

OKOROAFOR NDidn't have items available. Was charged for them. Only able to get our keys bc the cleaning staff got them for us. Had to sit on chat multiple times to get reimbursed for things we didn't receive. Geolocation and check in would not work on app.
Edwin FUhaul needs to improve the app for check out purposes.

vincent tThey didn't even ask to see if I was the person to drop off the U-Haul. She just took the keys and that was it. I'm not sure if it goes like that or not. But I was worried I didn't want nothing to come back saying that I didn't drop the U-Haul off at its location. But overall everything was okay.

Ann PIssues picking up the truck, location was not ready and had to wait an hour. Truck was then vandalized over night in my driveway. When attempting to unload to the storage unit purchased through U-Haul, the storage unit was not accessible as promised. Needed to wait for access then when trying to leave after unloading, the gate malfunctioned and we were required to call the fire department to come bust the gate. That's why I didn't fill the tank as it was their issue that caused us to have to let the truck run almost 2 hours in the 120 degree heat. Augusta self storage was rude and unhelpful due to their issue. No I need to pay $800 for issues that were not my fault. Criminal investigater for my county still has not contacted me back. This has been over a week with no information.
ANDREW JI was charged a $39 fuel fee for dropping the truck off with the fuel barely below 1/4. This was the same amount of fuel when I picked the truck up. I was told to bring the truck back with the same amount of fuel. Next time I will take a picture of the fuel amount before leaving. I would have added $2 in fuel instead of being charged $39 for fuel upon returning. This is common sense. I was told to bring the truck back at the same amount of fuel. Never again.

ADEWUYI AThis is the 2nd time I've rented from this location. Guys are nice, check in process smooth, but both times when I made the reservation online I decline all coverage, and both times I had to call and dispute the $15 coverage charge. Both Times. So I'm wondering if it's not really an accident, if maybe there is incentive to add insurance. Took me about 25 minutes each time to have the insurance refunded.
Marty MI did not receive all the equipment I asked for: 1 furniture dolly, 1 equipment dolly, 24 pads. I picked the truck up after hours and called the next morning to ask about it. The gentleman who answered said they didn't have a dolly but I could "probably come pick up some blankets". I asked him to verify they had the blankets/pads and he came back a few minutes later saying no. I called the corporate number to try to find equipment nearby and was told there was none. I've asked for a refund and have been given nothing.
