Stanley WIt was never communicated to me that there was an issue with the return. I called the uhaul number because the location was unreachable.
kristen hThere was some confusion about the return spot and we ended up returning the equipment to the wrong location and I got hit with a $284 charge. I offered to return it to the correct location but the uhaul representative at 877-797-1466 said I couldn't do that. I even offered to pay for another day if the place lost business because of the mix up. This policy is absolutely aweful and I will NEVER rent from uhaul again. The blond woman who works at the super suds car wash uhaul is awful and nasty

Simmie WIssues at pickup and while we had the equipment. These issues have to do with U-Haul in general, everyone we spoke to on the phone and via chat. The man that eventually helped us on site was very nice, once they realized we had a reservation. We wasted 45+ min at pickup and then hours trying to get assistance from U-Haul reps by phone and chat. This was a terrible experience.

PAUL CWe received an old model van. No USB ports and missing knobs. It was not very clean from dashboard to back storage. There was confusion with our final bill. 2 bills arrived. One was double what it should have been.

Bais YThis location was good. The first location was not. Uhaul site told me there was a truck available in Ferndale ny but truck there was not rental able. Owner knew truck was not ready but uhaul.com did not realize it was not. The truck was reported stolen and was reported it was involved in a high speed chase. They sent me to other location to get a truck. Uhaul.com wasted an hour of my time and put me behind. I asked the lady on the phone if I could get a credit on my bill that I talked to on the phone and have not heard anything back from anyone. My time is worth a discount I feel because the whole mess was not my fault but if I was 5 minutes late returning the truck they would charge me. Guessing my time is not worth anything in uhauls eyes.

John MHave more pleasant and professional staff...tell him top hide his 2 massive dogs. They scared the daylights out of me. If you don't have accessories, don't rent the trailer. I paid A LOT of money for a UHAUL trailer, I didn't rent from a no -frills company. Don't send me 2 miles up the road to autozone to get what you should have had. And don't tell me the police might stop you if you drive like this AFTER you hook up the trailer. Was I supposed to take it off? This is YOUR business. YOU should know what I need, NOT me. YOU know your trailers!! Shame on UHAUL!!
irvng kWe felt bad for the folks at the liberty location being stuck with a truck that shouldn't have been okayed to rent in the first place. They were understanding and asked if we had informed the Broadway location in Newark NJ and we let him know we had then proceeded to tell him the story of what was supposed to be an exciting day that turned into a nightmare for all of us. Thank God for a good loving family
Arlindo TThe professionalism was awesome. Unfortunately, this is 2nd time I reserved a truck and the truck was not on lot because previous renters never returned the trucks, so we ended up getting a much smaller truck and not completing our emptying of storage unit.

Ben Ti rented few times truck from here and was happy, this time when i rented 10 feet trck i only did less than 15 miles, i put more than gallon of gas gauge was exactly where it was i started they still charged me more than 11 dollars for gas , its total ripoff thats why i am giving them bad review, dont rent from them thanks s.s
