The only complaint I have is I paid for a dolly and it wasn't on the truck.

Robert HI had a truck reservation at Piqua Store and Lock. It was not available and Super tech came through!
CLEADOUS HYou could stock basic trailer items such as trailer ball hitches and electric adapters from 6 blade and 7 blade plugs down to 4 pin plug.

Robert HVery easy pickup and return experience. Best hours in the area. I needed to pickup very early. This was only place availble. Staff was very friendly. Will use this place again.

Glenn BGot to the truck & it was very dirty inside . Toe nails in cup holders - dirt all over the floor and seats . Process took forever to get the truck and took forever to drop it back off . Charged me more then i was told in beginning also when we didn't change anything .

CHRIS CTrying to use the U-Haul app sucked. it took about 40 minutes to finally be able to get the keys from start to finish. When I was done, I entered the miles and fuel at least two times because it kept kicking me out. I finally gave up after I got to the picture area and it kicked me out. The app or website needs improved. in the past, I've always gone inside and spoke to somebody and I would rather do that than ever try this app again.
Scott LClean trucks between use Remark truck damage with x's so it doesn't take as long to check out taking pictures. Have gas in vehicles at least half on pickup so people don't have to immediately fill up especially on big trucks.
CLIFTON DThe truck was in bad shape, hard to start, once started the gauges quit working. Battrry light and the abs light were on. Called uhaul reservations to get different truck. Was transferred to roadside assistance and back to reservations. Put gas in but gauge would not move, drove a total of 26 miles and was charged 40 dollars for gas after I put 10 galloms in the tank. Corporate greed! Mobile check in would not work because of the faulty gauges. Worst ever
Douglas LBetter information with a first time renter. My reservation was for 6 in the morning according to the customer service rep l had to call. I was told l was late and could not get my truck as the pick up time had expired. l had no idea nor did l set a time for pick up.. It was a fiasco. Bad cell connection and it was raining. My daughter had to set up a reservation to get the truck and very difficult with the terrible cell connection. She had to finally drive over to rhe church across the street to get reception. Had to get a 20 foot truck as my resrvation that I could not get had the 26 footer reserved. It took one hour to finally get the truck mess settled. The 20 footer was just right and the sun came out and my move happened. All in a day occurances.

William CThe trailer I rented was damaged Pryor to pick-up. It had been brought in from out of state so was probably not an issue with the local franchise. The equipment worked great and staff was quite accommodating. The equipment just needs some work on the fold down fenders.

MICHELE CBe transparent about costs, fix issue regarding special circumstances…I was given the option to have a customer service rep reach out about charges I did not understand, but they did not reach out like the option I was able to select explained.

Gabriel MEquipment was not maintained the ratchet straps we're very hard to use due to lack of lubrication I had to spray them down with WD-40 to get the tire ratchet straps to work. This was caused by lack of lubrication.
WALTER SWould recommend fine tuning your app. Trying to upload pictures and information required took way to long. Even with full 5g it took over 20 minutes each time to complete pickup and drop off. Would give your app loading a 1 star

Travis CSuper Tech Automotive staff were awesome! So friendly! HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY (UHAUL) AGAIN! Sending one confirmation with a registration of THE PLACE OF PICK-UP which I chose SAMPS LLC located in Troy, initially and then changing THE PLACE OF PICK-UP that your company (UHAUL) changed to Super Tech Automotive LLC that was completely out of my way. This place was located up against the Montgomery County line!!!!! Having my original location of pick up changed at the last minute is not the way you treat customers. To add this additional mileage to travel to a different pick up place is inappropriate and not professional. It was at least an additional 10 miles to this changed pick up place and then to return with an another additional 10 miles. Having mileage of an additional 20 miles to have your customer's initial place of pick-up is simply ludicrous. I've always used your company throughout my moves, however I've lost confidence with your company and will never recommend your Uhaul Company to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
