The only thing I would suggest is that the location either clean the inside of the trucks more, or change the cleaner they are using. The inside of the truck smelled like vinegar when we picked it up. Not a very nice smell to drive with.

We could not find the key drop box. It was located on another business pole.
Your check in process was terrible. Bartlett is a city with very poor cellular service. Having to use cellular service to check back in the U-Haul was problematic.
TERRIBLE customer service! We talked to a lady on the phone who quoted us $90 for four days, and then we get to the store to pick up and the charge was $173. My husband spent over AN HOUR on the phone trying to get it fixed when he picked up the truck. Finally I just told him to forget it and pay the $173 so we could leave. We will NEVER use uhaul again. No one could answer our questions or tried to make it right.
Make sure they have box truck available. Customer service was great everything was explained great

Brake light wasn't working due to the light plug on the trailer being extremely corroded. I was told to go get a new fuse. There was no fuse issue, just someone who didn't know what he was talking about.
Good experience. We weren't sure where Bartlett was, but didn't have any problems finding the town or the U-Haul facility
Courteous staff.
Was given a 50 mile limit and the U-haul employee was understanding when I went 2 miles over. The closest U-haul to me was closed permanently and the next closest was 12 miles away so he didn't feel I should have to pay for the additional mileage for something that was out of my control.
They just don't have enough room. Had to attempt to back up trailer for drop off in a tiny space, with obstacles.
Had reservation to pick up trailer at 8am. The sign on the door says they open at 8am. They opened closer to 9am.
I rented a car transport, I live in Fort Worth and bought a vehicle in Bartlett. The service was great, I read past reviews and a few people stated that the service was terrible and slow. The ladies that worked the day I went in were great and helpful. Yes the service was slow but it seemed to be more of the computer program that u-haul uses rather than the actual service of the people.
Our pick up time was 12 noon. We got there at approx 12:10 to find a sign in the window, "Gone to lunch, will return at 1pm." A gentleman who appeared to be an employee walked opened and walked in the door, very clearly seeing us waiting and just slammed the door and locked it without any acknowledgement. At that pint we had to wait until 1pm for the store to re-open. We were the first in line when the store opened but the clerk waited on several other customers first before getting our truck. This whole waiting period put behind a good two hours. It made for a very long day of getting back to Garland. I think if this location is going to be closed for lunch this should have been made known at time of reservation. And customers should be waited on, why should I have wait longer than other customers who came in behind me???
The tire on the truck were retreads on the front of the truck so i made a ruff ride and could have been unsafe. That what the guy said when we dropped off. That why it road so ruff. Make sure truck are safe to drive
Horrible. They did not put the trailer on properly. Had to wait over an hour after the scheduled pick up time. Did not give me a trailer light adapter. When I purchased one at a shop the left tail light did not work. Drove from tx to California. Very upset the guy knew I was a single mom with two kids traveling across country. Do not recommend this facility!

Please update the phone number listed -- it is not correct. We did not receive a phone call about a pick-up time. I had to call the day of to confirm our reservation.

Let people know the hidden costs of renting a storage unit instead of just advertising the price of storage. This would include costs that are refunded later and "one time" processing fees etc...
