This location was extremely helpful with making sure there was a truck available for us & went over & above in customer service. We had to drive half an hour away because there were no trucks at a closet location. We originally had a reservation with a different company who cancelled me 2 days before rental.

If someone plans to do u haul. Shouldn't complain to the customer about having to leave a job sight for me to rent a product. I run a business. Two to be precise simultaneously and have never complained at a customer for calling for road side assistance. Or ever for the fact of it's not there fault if I'm busy.

Remote location, no one there, too far away from where we are located, many more U-Haul Locations that were closer. This one was in the middle of nowhere

The lady was very nice but informed us that we could save almost $60 by changing our drop off location (From York to Clover). We Agreed to change the drop off location Of Clover and we signed the paper work but the paper work did not reflect the new drop off location and the lady said but to take it to the new location of Clover. On our drop off day my husband was about to leave to take the truck to Clover when a gentleman called from the York location asking where the truck was and that there had been no change but it was suppose to be delivered to him. So we took the truck to the York location. We did not get refunded for the discount that we agreed upon and we got charged a late fee. But my husband was late because we were informed to take it to a different location.

This was not a good experience. This dealer quickly began hooking up a trailer to my vehicle that he obviously had set aside for me to leave with. When I pointed out that the tires had nearly no tread and rounded off edges he got visibly aggitated and said " are you refusing this trailer"? I said yes I'm refusing this trailer and I'm not towing this thing 1100 miles with tires like that. He jerked the trailer off my hitch and hooked up another one he had parked way up close to the office with good tires and I left. I don't trust a business a 2nd time after a performance such as that and I never recommend them either.

Swaneys came through for me when my reservation was cancelled by the retailer that I selected when arranging my move. I received a call 11 hours before pickup stating that my reservation had been cancelled because the person renting the truck that day did not return the truck. I was offered some limited options that were not workable. Swaneys worked after hours to accommodate my needs and make my move possible. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Got the truck 20 minutes down the road to my house only to find a marijuana blunt roach in the cup holder. Very annoyed that I was driving at all with illegal drugs in the car.

The guy that called to confirm my drop off was great! But this location is pretty small with a lot of trucks. A little hard to figure out a place to park. Closet place to drop off from my home. Definitely saved me time and money from driving a further distance to drop off.

Pick up was a bit confusing - no marked, clear entrance. I needed help identifying the correct vehicle, but fortunately the agent was on site, and we did find an entrance eventually. It is a most unusual store front filled with 2nd had clothes and household objects for sale. The agent was helpful, but the site not professional or conveniently located.
