Paul DThanks to Swanson U haul we were able to have a truck available without issues at the last minute. We had rented one earlier at poor Street. We believe it was the app. We were there well over an hour and we're unable to get the truck. Thanks to Swanson U haul we were able to move anyway and return the truck in a timely manner without any problems. Thank you Swanson U haul.
FRANCISCO CI needed a 4" drop hitch to better align to your trailer. Of course AFTER my tow I did a quick search and found the 18" height information. I will purchase the drop hitch to make my next tow in a week or so a little more stable. It was not bad this time but I anticipate a little more solid feel with the proper hitch.

Kyle LThe USB port was a cigarette lighter holder. This is very outdated and I didn't have it so in the mad rush to leave with the rental I had to on top of my departure search for a USB port that would work and then could be found because it's such an outdated device that you have on the truck to to make the count correct. So I ended up going back home and getting a phone charger that's connected to a battery charger too. to to make the count correct. So I ended up going back home and getting a phone charger that's connected to a battery charger to recharge my phone, which was on low . Time wasted.

Todd CWas charged a $15 mileage overage fee when we delivered the Uhaul to its destination store. This fee was incorrect and only showed up when received the electronic email.

WILLIAM KThe lady was miserable and talking about how much she hates Chicago and Chicago driver's. She charged me for a two day rental when I specifically told her that we were driving it for two hours and returning it. She has me pick a return location of Northlake, IL and then entered Bellwood, IL. The truck seats had what appeared to be dog hair (white, small hairs). The windshield was filthy with dead bugs on the outside. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and will never use this location again. I am very disappointed and upset with this location.

JERRY SFix locks to be easier to use. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful.
Devin HWe were almost not able to pick up our vehicle at this location but it was not they're fault. Uhaul had not notified them that there was a 24/7 pickup so the location was closed and locked without our truck being ready. It was just by chance that a worker showed up to do something else and we were able to complete our pickup.

Melvin DThe location was fine but the overall experience from U-Haul was terrible. U-Haul allowed me to schedule a 24/7 share pick up at a different location and didn't inform me until I tried to pick up the truck that there was no truck available. The first customer service rep hung up on me and did not call back and the 2nd rep was able to find a more expensive larger truck available significantly farther away than the first schedule location. We did not get a truck until an hour and a half after our scheduled pick up and had to pay more than expected for a larger truck and longer drive. The site was very accommodating but the experience with U-Haul overall added so much stress to the moving process that I cannot recommend it to anyone.
Fernando BFortunately someone was there on Sunday. I tried several times to check in online but when I went to do the photos it locked up on me. I'm guessing my service was bad out there...? I was able to run my key in to the guy at the desk last minute before I was late.
Jeremy BEven though the air conditioner didn't get cold, these people came through for us in a time of crisis. We had been in an accident right up from their place of business and they stayed open to help us get a truck rented to get home.
Kimberly KI was concerned a little bit when I got in the vehicle and the check engine light was on. But I didn't have any problems.

Herman mConf email from Uhaul Gave incorrect pick up location, when I arrived, they let me know they did not have furniture pads that I ordered… The truck was extremely loud sounded like it had an exhaust leak. I was not impressed at all.

Brian DWe were not given any cost estimates for the local use truck. Spent three times rental rate. Did not show/explain any controls of truck!
John FThe app and website were extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to pick up the truck. When returning it, because of the app and website it took over an hour before I was actually able to do the return. I tried calling customer service, waiting 20 minutes on hold, only to be disconnected when being transferred to "someone who could help me". The truck itself was fine, the ease of picking it up and returning it....no so much.
