There weren't anyone in the office as it was a Sunday. Very easy drop off only complaint was the parking lot was very small and would only fit a few trucks we got lucky to fit the truck in there.

Stephanie provided excellent telephone etiquette, she was helpful above anything I expected, this was the only truck rental at the facility, there had been a lot of rain in the area, it was muddy around the truck, difficult to access, the inside was not as clean as I expected, there was trash under and behind the seats. I picked up the truck by using the access key system.

Nothing wrong with the pickup location; however, I booked a truck to pick up in a specific town, and U-Haul called me the day before and told me I'd have to drive 30 minutes to Ringgold to get the truck I'd reserved weeks prior. I was disappointed and was not offered any discount.

This woman couldn't get Wi-Fi on her pad. Finally she tried on her phone and that didn't work either. She called someone at U-Haul regarding the application for the trailer. The lady filled out the application on her computer while they were on the phone. I couldn't get a receipt. I was there over an hour and finally got the trailer hooked to my truck. The lady started checking the lights and I told her the taillights didn't work. She said she had never had a trailer with lights as if she didn't know she was supposed to check the taillights. She took a picture of the trailer hooked to the truck and sent it to the lady she was talking with to on the phone. They do not have a gas station any longer just a place to eat that isn't in the gas station. She was taking a food order when I arrived and I waited 20 minutes to be waited on. I had a reservation for the trailer.
