Carrie at the uhaul was amazing! She was so busy but took her time with me! The only thing was the condition of the car tow dolly, it needed some extra lubricant to get the ratchet straps to work, but Carrie got it to work, again she was so professional and awesome! Definitely will recommend her to everyone!

Not sure why I'd be scheduled to rerun equipment to a place that wasn't opened yet, so I had to do everything online and unhook and disconnect the trailer myself. Would of been nice to know this before I arrived so we could be prepared.

Horrendous experience with car dolly. The dolly was old and not well-maintained. During a stop for gas we noticed a wheel was slightly crooked and the wheel hub was warm to the touch. We were not near a UHaul location so we proceeded to Dodge City, Kansas and stopped at a UHaul dealer/tire store. They could not work on it without UHaul approval so we called in and a serviceman was sent from somewhere else. The wheel hub had to be replaced onsite and it took two hours. When the serviceman was finished, he told us that the wheel still "had some play in it, " and to keep an eye on it and the other three wheels as well. He told us there were no dollies in the area for a swap and to just call UHaul back if we became disabled during the remaining 12 hours of our trip. We had a very nerve-wracking drive in the dark to our next stop. UHaul texted us hours later, (after the serviceman called in his report,) and gave us a location to swap the dolly the next morning. Since we could not afford to waste anymore time, we drove the last leg home. This car dolly should have been properly serviced or retired. It put everyone around us at risk as a wheel could have failed at any time. We paid over $2 000 for a horrible experience which added undue stress. I don't know if it was the location's problem or UHaul Corp., but someone ought to take responsibility and refund the cost of the car dolly rental.

When I checked trailer back in, employee argued that my rental was 2 days late. In fact, I was early returning it (same day but few hours early). I had to pull all my emails up and prove it was on time. Then she said, oh the problem is you rented it somewhere else. I rented it and returned it to same location. Thank goodness I had all my docs emailed to me by uhaul and was able to prove that trailer was on time and not a one way. Frustrating though.

I did not move out of this facility. My travel trailer was stolen out of this facility. Now I have nothing to show for it.

I only had the storage overnight. It was too small 5x5 unit I couldn't use it because I had a lot of stuff to store plus some furniture. The cashier couldn't refund my $60, the system would not let her.

I never received the dolly or pads at time of pickup but got billed full price for them at drop off. I called uhaul and had them refund before we even left Phoenix but you billed me anyway. Remove the cost of these items now. I want a refund of all costs and I will be reporting this to BBB.

The person at this location was a lazy unmotivated female who wouldn't help with backing of trailer and then wanted me to take it off the hitch. She said “Can't you help a lady!” as she struggled to lift the trailer off of the hitch on my truck. I was not compelled to help as she refused to be a ground guide in the safe backing of the trailer. This person sucked I her customer service skills!

Super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Greeted me outside when she saw me dropping off the trailer, so I didn't have to go into the physical store. Good move during CoVID!!

I dropped the trailer off, but the office was closed. It was a bit of a bother to go online and do the self drop off, but it worked. The drop off closed at 4:00pm.

Fix the links for checking the equipment damage. All were sent to me but none worked and I wasn't offered the paper version even after the clerk was notified, she just said all of the damage was already tagged, which it wasn't because there was a chip in the windshield.

The door was hard to open and the truck had no working AC but I did not make a big deal. The people were nice and very helpful. I was told I would get a call back from upper management and I never did.

We were in and out quickly and the young lady was very helpful.

We went in saying exactly what we needed and it would take 2 locations to get it. Then, we were charged for an item we did not request. Thus, our money was tied up to reserve the way we originally requested. It took 2 hours to get a truck. Then we went to location #2 and it only took 15 minutes to get our car on a trailer, secured and ready to go. Dealer at location #2 was extremely helpful. Come to find out, dealer at location #1 did reservation for location #2, so he did not get the commission. Very disheartening considering #2 customer service compared to #1 customer service.

I have been charged an additional 2 days when I didnt have the truck for 2 additional days. I will be filing a complaint. I will be reviewing other moving companies for any future moves.
