Location chosen by Uhaul for drop off was 45 miles away from local Uhaul where I plugged in zip code. Your self drop off app kept glitching and kicking me out. Took four times for it to get to go through. Weak Cel service at this location did not help.

I was in a rural area and needed a trailer for an industrial job. TMG was literally 10 minutes away from me when I discovered the need. The young man there was friendly, professional and a pleasure to meet. I could not be more pleases with this experience. Anything UHAUL can do to increase their relationship with this young man would be beneficial to the company.

Jeff WWe did a mobile pickup as it was going to be after dark when we arrived to get the truck. Something went wrong with my app, so I had to call the gentleman at TMG. It was nighttime and I was cold and frustrated with technology, but he was so helpful and patient with me. He got us checked in and away we went with the truck. We had the truck for a little over 24 hours, so it was dark when we delivered the truck back to the location. We used my app to check back in with no problem at all.
