There shouldn't be one random truck sitting on the curb at a tree company. Just have me pick it up at the uhaul store. The online check on was very lengthy and the truck did not have the furniture dolly and furniture pads I had requested.Olivia G.

The process was a nightmare! App was glitchy, kept not locating me. Then I had to submit my DL 5 times before o could get â€˜approved' to get the keys. Nowhere did it say I had to bring the tank back full. I was charged $14 for using less than 1/8th tank of gas, on top Of mileage. I had the truck for about 1hr, but was charged for the full 4hrs. The whole experience was terrible.Yetunde R.

Started off at linden ave they sent me to a new location because they didn't have the truck. Than I arrive at new location and they're closed until 8:30... suppose to been picked up at 7:30 they than set up an mobile pick up.. Truck said half full but was only 3/8 of a tank.Loyd B.

Definition of a "shoestring operation". I had completed all the required information on-line before hand because it was advertised that it would shorten the pickup process, but the owner/operator(?) seemed to have a lot of trouble navigating his computer and it took a while to get out of there. The establishment and its lack of professionalism did not engender much confidence from this customer. Every U-Haul dealer/store should tell the customer a couple important things when they are renting one of your trailers...even though some of the info is in the brochure...1. Do not use cruise control when hauling a trailer 2. The trailer will make an awful racket when you first haul it without any load.Philip C.
They were great however I originally reserved over on Mills Road and the website was all jacked up. I received about six confirmations for different trucks at different times than what I asked for. I only needed a 10 foot truck and ended up getting a 20 foot truck because of the information being all jacked up which was way bigger than what we needed for a bed and a desk and a few random odds and ends. My price quoted was was for 169 and at first it ended up being 300 and something when I got there. I ended up paying $200 plus. Website keeps booting us off. I've use U-Haul several times but this is been the worst time ever. Luckily Tacketts tree service actually made it right for us and has friendly service!Lisa K.
