This resulted in me having to drive an extra two hours total and I also lost two people that were willing to help me move. This is unacceptable and I want to be compensated for my time

John L | Expérience généraleWe arranged for a car carrier as well as a truck. When it came time to pick it up, no car carrier was available at that location. We had to drive to Fulton to pick up the car carrier, and then return home to load=wasting time.

GLEN M | Expérience généraleIn addition to the friendly and helpful service in New Albany, I appreciated the emails and text updates, and especially the direct phone calls from 2 UHaul Reps in MS who were working to iron out the change of location and a change in available equipment given that the original trailer that I reserved for Oxford became unavailable. I appreciated their pro-active solutions and dialogue about finding a truck and location that would work on my end.

Tamika WThis was not a pleasurable experience. I started at 6:50 trying to get my truck rental, I was finally able to access it by 7:55. When I logged in to the app it said that no equipment was assigned to this reservation. So naturally I called. The first representative said she fixed it and hung up. So I tried again. And it gave me that error. So I called again. The second representative said she would push it through manually. She did not confirm if I could find my key for the truck, if I could access the truck and then when she charged my card double the amount and I asked her she hung up. So I called back again- Adam was eager to help and was super kind but I wanted to talk to a manager. Travis was able to help me and refunded me the money. And made sure I was able to get into my truck. But I will not be using uhaul ever again. And this was my first time using your company.

This last time is because my house burnt and the few things that was left needed to be stored until I had time to go through the items. They were so nice got me the storage unit I needed as well as a U Haul. This is my go to place for storage. Clean and gated.

Marlyce CTupelo was a great decision for a uhaul. Then I was changed to pontotoc. There the experience was very different. I was to have a pickup there around noon. I arrive but no one was there. I called them 3 times but no answer. Considering that you have to drive out of the way to go to the pontotoc location, it was very disconcerting! So I called tupelo back. They then found me a trailer in New albany. The equipment there was good, the staff was helpful & friendly. Next time I need a uhaul in north MS, I would recommend tupelo on east main and/or park plaza in New albany!

So if they rent your unit after you leave they are getting twice the pay for your unit. I think that is very unfair and plan to let everyone know how shady this place is!
