Paid for dolly . Never received dolly , you guys are trying to charge me for a dolly that was never received and there are other customers who’ve experienced the same thing

Inform customer of additional fees before renting the truck
ERIC BI paid for an appliance dolly and it was not inside of the truck.
Samayaah SNo dolly on the truck...truck appeared clean until I opened the cupholders. Had to load my own dolly and blankets.

BRENDA CThe mobile check-in process does not work well, and I wasn't able to get past the screen where I was asked to verify the license plate number. I recommend going to the counter instead.
Michael TThe station itself isn't clean looking on the outside for my personal taste, but it's a convenient location and lots of room to park. I did mobile check out and used the keybox, so I didn't deal with anyone at the location. Prefer the convenience of mobile drop off and lock box. So I checked yes due to the fact they provide the lock box option for drop off. Very close to the interstate, so it was very convenient! Again, the area manager, Chris Rose was VERY helpful and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. And the lady in customer service ( I wish I remembered her name) was very helpful and followed up to make sure I got what I needed. The customer service I received is why I will use Uhaul again and again. Thank you!!!

CHRISTOPHER LThe young lady that assisted me was very nice. The truck was not cleaned at all. There was rice on the dashboard, empty water bottles, and some type of sticky matter on the visors. (I have a video for proof). The dolly that we reserved was not available at this location, and they could not refund me the fees. (Which I was told after payment was processed). I had to call the 800# and they sent me to another location over 20 miles away.

Michael HWOW - This is the best Uhaul Location. Jenna went above and beyond. I had trouble getting this truck rented on my phone (I have never been able to rent from my phone - Uhaul seems to need to much memory fot the app to work) anyway - it wasn't a problem because JENNA TO THE RESCUE !!! I will always go here.
WILLIAM HI dropped the truck off the day I used it, they marked return on the next day. Charged me for empty gas tank - i returned almost half full

Karen SFix the app - I had to call customer support and work with a representative for almost an hour. If there is a next time, I will not use the "time saving" app. I will go and finish up at the counter!
neil gNot huge in complaining but oil light came on for this truck as soon as we started it. The AC wasn't working. Just grateful the weather was cool outside. There was no washer fluid to clean the windshield. Other than that the truck did what it needed to do. At least we didn't break down but definitely not super pleased especially for a $799 bill. Feels like no one has maintenanced it for some time. God Bless.

James WYou 3rd party was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE told me She doesn't work for U haul and that all the information including my driver's license should have been done there. Didn't help me. I called Riverdale office where l Reserved it. They stated this is 3rd party.l will never pick up a rental at this location.PERIOD. YOU NEED TO SCREEN YOUR THIRD PARTY TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE SERVICING YOU CUSTOMERS. The Third PARTY REPRESENT You U-HAUL!!! THE ONLR GOOD THING THAT HAPPEN WAS MICHAEL A U-HAUL MGR. HAD JUST PULLED UP.AN MICHAEL COMPLETED THE JOD OUTSIDE TOOK MY DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AN INFORMATION ATTACHED THE TRALIER CHECKED LIGHTS AND I LEFT. IF MICHAEL WAS'T THERE I WOULD HAD TO CONTACT RIVERDALE U,'HAUL AND THEY WOULD SENT ME TO ANOTHER U'HAULOCATION AND MY DAY WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST DUE TO THE 3RD PARTYOCATION IN LOCUST GROVE GEORGIA.

ROY BI had to unhook the trailer myself because the salesperson at the dropoff location at Bill Gardner hwy in Georgia said she did not know how to unhook the trailer from my van.
Karl PI did not receive a drop box code so I spent almost an hour at this location trying to resolve. This was not the location's fault. Even though I had checked in online, it took way to long to resolve. I finally was able to reach the U-Haul regional manager to find an alternate way to open drop box that contained my key. FINALLY, i rented, and was charged for a furniture dolly that was not available. Also, today I find I was charged for some sort of moving insurance that i did NOT ask for. I'm really unhappy.
Ron HMarathon Food Center was supposed to open at 7 am. I arrived at 8:15 am and store was still closed. I had to figure out how to take cargo trailer off the hitch of my Escalade. I had to go to appointment and I could not have the cargo trailer attached to my vehicle.

MICHAEL RIt was a great experience. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very personable and friendly. The only thing I might suggest would be to offer an inexpensive lock for sale for renters traveling overnight.
