Tried charging me $100 additional even though I got a free additional day for towing a trailer for U-Haul over 1200 miles. Not including the 300 additional miles I was given and the 600 miles I was charged for that I didn't use.

BRIAN ERLEI went through Taylor Rental in Vestal. I originally got a pick up truck for 2 pm Saturday but upgraded to a 10 foot moving truck. I was coming from 2 hours away through a snowstorm and called to see if I could pick up early and the guy said "sure". I said I would be there at 11am and the guy said " thanks for the warning" I get there and another older gentleman said the truck was not there and come back at 130. Long story short no truck so I had to upgrade but had to do all the legwork. These guys at Taylor are only concerned with their own rentals and Uhaul is just an annoyance to them.

Cynthia MaupinI never received a phone call from Uhaul that my location for picking up equipment was changes. Upon calling Talyor Rental I was met with a rude staff member. I told said staff member that I hope his attitude would be changed when I picked up my equipment. His response was, "maybe...it's busy here" I was apologized to when I reached my pick up destination. However, there is no excuse for rude behavior towards a customer.

Pamela PardeeThis is an equipment rental business, not a U-Haul facility so there is a slight disconnect that required me to use my smart phone to manage the transaction but the folks were courteous and helpful, the equipment was ready at pickup and the process was quick and seamless.
