We were quoted a price for our Round trip rental which I confirmed twice, however, when we returned the cargo van rental we were charged $80 more than quoted due to a misquote in the the cost. The Taylor rep we I tracked seemed indifferent w/no apology offered for the misquote. We were very disappointed.

JOHN AI have no complaints about the location or vehicle, which was clean enough and in great condition. The van was parked right in front and it was easy to retrieve the keys from the lockbox. The mobile pickup process was more time-consuming than expected, taking 20 minutes or so total after issues with the website loading, logging in, etc. At one point, it told me they needed to contact a third party to confirm my identity, and I was left in limbo after providing contact information for a friend whom they never actually called. It also suggested I would need to take a photo of my passport or rental agreement during the identification process. Fortunately, that was somehow circumvented, as I absolutely would not have been able to do that. U-haul should be MUCH clearer about what this process entails (not just in the fine print), rather than focusing on selling it as a simple and convenient option. Next time, I'll pick up the vehicle during business hours, even if I don't need it until later, as the mobile process set me behind schedule.
