Truck not ready at original local. When I did get a truck from this location it leaked fuel. Not the location's fault and customer service was great.

I picked up the Uhaul and was very disappointed.it was filthy in the cab and in the back.I had to drive home and spend an hour cleaning it.Cupholders had crap all in them.Sests had black grease on them .steering wheel was sticky and black.thats just a few of the things.It also had a terrible smell in it.i have been using your business for the last couple of months and spending a lot of money as my son was hurt in an accident and im doing his job by using your trucks to allocate snacks in my stores.I rent a truck at least 3 days a week .The only place that i have picked up trucks and they were actually clean is airport thruway.i will be using that location from now on or will take my business elsewhere.Thank you Susan Weise. Oh and the man was real nice at Taylors but I do feel he should have inspected the truck before renting it out.He did apologize.and I told him his truck is cleaner now than before I rented it since I cleaned it for an hour before I could ride in it.

The area was not clean nor was the truck at pick up. The company also accessed my CC several times after the card was returned Instead of a hold for 104,05 which should have contained the 61.46, there were 2 additional charges 61,46 for the use of the truck. I spoke to a customer service person who indicated it was impossible. I have been using Uhaul for over 40 years in various states and many in GA. I will not use this facility again if I use Uhaul for my needs. You need to inspect, poor customer service on the phone and the company.

I reserved a dolly. I checked the truck before leaving and saw there was no dolly. I asked the employee and he said that he hasn't had a dolly since before Thanksgiving and "they know that". They as in U-Haul. He said he took it off my reservation since it wasn't available. I wasn't NOT informed of this at any point. I had to discover it and question it at pick up. Also, the truck was free of any personal belongings, but not "clean" by any means.

The gentleman does not hitch the auto transport to the vehicle so I had to go to 1700 Box road Columbus GA to get it connected which was a great above and beyond experience with Ryan Mobley.

I have no trouble backing into the parking lot from the street with a trailer, but some might.

First he had a sign on his desk that read any unattended children will be sold as slaves. Secondly he over charged my card twice. Then today 10/10/2020 charged it again for 44 dollars??? I got a email saying it was only 37 dollars. At this point I really would like my money back. And he makes uhaul look bad. I only rent from you guys. This was the worst experience ever. Sorry

I rented from this facility because they were supposed to be open during pickup. Not only were they not open when they were supposed to be we left three messages asking for assistance and NEVER received a call back. Your online checkout was having trouble pinging our location so it took 45 minutes to get our truck. And the wait time for the customer service line was over 20 minutes. We will never rent another truck from Uhaul again. It was one of the most stressful moves. And you guys called our additional contact person to ensure the truck was delivered back on time even though we returned it TWO HOURS EARLY.

So the one thing I thought was weird and a bit inconvenient was the gas in the vehicle was at half a tank forcing me to go fill up prior to leaving on my move. I've never rented a vehicle without it being full of fuel. Additionally we had a big move. The 26 foot truck while was a V10 had substantially less power than required to move efficiently and really there needs to be a diesel option.

My only negative comment is that they do not participate in the month free storage with a one way trailer rental. We chose this storage location from the uhaul web site because of this offer.

The drop off location does not participate in the free month rental for the storage unit. He did offer a free month if I paid for a month.

Not a safe area but we did not have any trouble and it was easy to get to but just not good area of town. We were promised a truck in Phenix City but this location was given to us on the morning of the pickup.

I was very impressed with the 3 guys. They worked carefully and steadily. They were kind and respectful. My parents plan to use them in their upcoming move, just waiting for their house to sell.

As nice as the gentleman was at Taylors, I think that next time I will not use a 3rd party contractor and deal directly with a Uhaul center to avoid confusion on both ends with pick up and drop off.

Engine coolant caution light lighted so I had to purchase a bottle of coolant. Coolant reservoir level was low and should have been filled prior to renting the truck. Caused me time and worry.
