Driver side wiper was busted, was handed the vehicle with 30 miles till empty and I had to return it with more gas than I was given. The day I picked it up, I got an email later that night saying my reservation was canceled. I was stuck on the phone with a UHaul agent that night trying to resolve the issue and he couldn't. He then suggested I unload the UHaul and return it at the location. The next morning I luckily got an email confirming the UHaul reservation. I also ordered 12 UHaul blankets and only received 6. Another ripoff.

DEBORAH HMy issues that arose with renting the truck are mostly not TB's fault, but rather Uhaul as a whole. We reserved a 20 ft truck with another more local location; and less than 1 hour later, I was notified that that truck would not be available, and we would have to go 35 miles in the opposite direction to pick up a 20 ft. So, we cancelled that reservation and called a local location, which only had a 15 ft truck available, so we bit the proverbial bullet and reserved a too-small of truck making us have to make 2 trips (doubling the mileage at $0,99 per mile) to get the job done on the day that we had already hired help for. Then, the day before pick up, I received another email changing the location again (this time only adding about 10 miles one-way). I truly didn't believe there was going to be a truck waiting for me when I arrived to pick up, Fortunately, there was, and it was clean and well maintained with lots of power. Further issues arose in that y"all have chosen to go completely electronic, and I left with a truck that I was responsible for and no contract in hand to know my responsibility. The emails with the contract info didn't come through for 2 1/2 hours, and the contract I received was in Spanish- yeah, I haven't learned that language. I also didn't get the 2 dozen moving blankets that I reserved because "it didn't populate into the invoice with all the changes". And finally, we spoke with the local location that we originally reserved the 15 ft truck with (again, because they didn't have a 20 ft avail) only to find out that they had a 20 ft and a 24 ft truck that was sitting at their location the morning we moved that he wasn't allowed by corporate to offer us as an alternate option! Are you f'ing kidding me??? YOUR company forced my hand to have to rack up more mileage with a too-small of truck when there were other options available?!? Y'all sure don't seem to be looking out for your customer's best interest and there was no attempt at making an already stressful ordeal less stressful- quite the opposite. Sooo,,, no, I will not recommend this location to anyone- because I will not recommend UHaul to anyone. In fact, I think I'll start a local campaign to boycott UHaul . Even in my rural area, we have other rental options, and we will be promoting them instead of you. Considering I'm a RN and also own a rental company and my husband has high standing in our community, I think we can make an impact on your business, and right now, that's what I'm thinking we'll do.

Jesse WListed as open on site but wasn't, lock box code was given, picked up, did not have dolly or packing I paid for. Then half way through the day Recieves an email my reservation was canacelled. My drop off location spent 30min on with support figuring out what happened so I could drop it back off.

Bryan FThings that don't make sense to me: I had to call for roadside assistance when a tire blew. Rather than send the auto shop I was returning the truck to, you sent a different service provider (yes he's set to do service work for uhaul) not a good way to take care of your business partners

Kevin MEnsure Moving Pads are obtainable from your Uhaul representatives for these franchise locations. I paid for moving pads I never received
Logan RIt would have been nice if it was ready for me and they would have checked it out prior. The truck was full of snow and ice. I could not open the back door. I had to get help from a very nice man. There was an inch of ice over the rubber lip of the door.
