MARGARETE TURCOTTEI had several problems with the vehicle, to start with the lock wouldn't unlock, I wasted a lot of time getting it sorted out. Then the truck ran out of gas. I put in CAD 120. I drove the minimum and was only reimbursed about CAD 20. The only thing that saved it was the service of the employee on site. The rest was very bad. The vehicle was clean, but the carpet was very dirty. It's not important, but there is a question about cleanliness in the survey.
Fabio Barenco de SaI needed a truck asap. So I drove to the facility and called the number associated, as there were two trucks in the lot. I inquired about renting a truck, any truck. And was informed all vehicles were booked for the day. So I went to U-Haul.com and booked one of the two trucks via the website.. I'm not sure why the man told me the truck was unavailable. If I hadn't checked online I would have been SoL.

They were kind, attentive even though dealing with a couple of customers, and they had a frozen lock to open on the back of my truck and without frustration worked to open it up. Excellent employees. The truck worked just fine and the heat worked nicely.

Sandra DoucetteThe Uhaul app and website have many problems, they show the wrong price, it even seems like they are deceiving the consumer, as they show a price and when choosing the price it changes, I have this recorded on video to prove it. I didn't choose cloths for the furniture but 12 cloths were included in my purchase. I removed them several times from my order but the charge remained. I also have a video showing this error. I asked for a dolly to carry boxes and received one to carry a refrigerator, which I didn't need. As a result, I had to carry many boxes manually because I didn't have a dolly for that. The floor of the truck was not clean, neither in the front nor in the back. I had to clean it before using it. The truck's battery was not in good condition, I had difficulty starting the truck, the control panel was in miles per hour, since Canada uses kilometers per hour. I had to look for the vehicle manual to identify the type of fuel because I couldn't find it in the truck's information on the App. The mirrors were dirty and made it very difficult to see. The truck does not have a reversing camera, nor a reversing sensor nor an audible signal for reversing. I only give a good rating for this review because I received very good service from the guys who work there. Congratulations to them, I appreciated their service.
John SchubertOriginal request got mixed up at another location. I contacted UHaul 'traffic' and they arrange a vehicle for my needs. On day of pickup, I was provided a 26 foot truck, but my original request was a 20 foot truck. The location I rented identified this and offered me the 20 foot truck. The 20 foot truck was easier to navigate, was exactly what I needed, everything went well and I was very pleased with the service. The representatives at all locations did a remarkable job accomodating my request. Keep up the good work. Merci.

Joao GomesThe fuel was not documented from the previous rental so if I did not take a pictures of the fuel before leaving and when returning I would have had to pay for 1/2 tank of gas even though I only traveled 13 kms for the whole rental. Also prebooked online, checked in online and when I went to pick up the vehicle the clerks reservation stated I owed $159 and not the $47 that I had record of. The transaction had to be canceled and created again which made me late for work because of the processing time it took to recreate the order.

mitchell ayotteIt's an abandoned building... I tried to drop it off the night before and there's no drop box, it looks dangerous. Then when I dropped it off in the morning the guy tried to charge me for gas. I had filled it but I had to drive around trying to find the place and had to bring it back home over night because of no drop box. This should not even be a uhaul location
