My husband I were offered the 100 mile package and the guy told us it would be .25 per mile after. We returned the rental and was charged .39 per mile. I will make sure for now on its put in writing because thats is wrong.

Made it easy to pick up the truck I reserved!

It was very hard to drive due to the out of line on the front end...it pulls to the right very bad and it needs to be fixed.

Stop the rain and make it a sunny day when everyone picks up. Haha.

Unit was attached to my tow vehicle while the right tires were entangled in a guy wire (steel cable), unknown to me and obviously the staff member who hooked me up and left. i tried to pull out and was stopped by the wire.. Another employee arrived and implied that this situation was somehow MY fault !! Rude, uninformed, ignorant and arrogant staff and owner. I asked about the service condition of the rental unit, ie lugs checked, tire pressures, etc. I was advised that "we don't have a way to do that". REALLY?! I checked and found tire pressures that ranged from 45 psi to 90 psi, each tire a different pressure! crappy, crappy Customer Service, U-haul should be ashamed of this place, as your representative.

Truck transmission was missing

Customer service was outstanding at the location. The mobile app for returning the rental is horrible though. Poor communication and no clear instructions. I had already locked up the van and turned in the keys before it told me I needed photographs of the interior. Thankfully, one of the representatives helped me. Aside from the ridiculous website return service, no complaints.

The 10' cargo truck I rented was powerful and operated GREAT! The only 'complaints' I have is the truck did not have cruise control which would have helped on a 700 mile highway trip and the seat isn't comfortable (reclining back) for hours of driving. This the 2nd year I've used UHaul for my trip and I'm going to use UHaul next year.

No improvement necessary, this is the only location I rent from, unless I'm out of town

This place was great. I had originally booked a Uhaul trailer across the river in Ohio at a differentlocation. I needed an 8am pickup, which I scheduled, so that I could be done with my move quickly before some afternoon business. Instead, I wait outside the Uhaul pick up for 40 minutes without anyone ever showing up to work. I waited 20 more minutes on hold with Uhaul customer service before just finding this location myself. They redeemed the terrible service of the other location and the phone service.

The mobile check in feature was not working for whatever reason so I still had to go into the office to fill out paperwork and collect the key for the vehicle I rented. If UHaul is going to offer mobile checkin as a benefit the website should be running smoothly.

I reserved a utility dolly, but one was not available. Look at reservations to ensure equipment available. They did take $ off of price so I could buy one. Helpful staff.

Everything went smoothly. No problems

UHaul was not clean when I received it, and I was ultimately charged to have it cleaned later.

The after hours return on the app was horrible. It took us 1/2 hour, 12 pictures and 4 attempts to check the vehicle back in. We would get to the last part of the process and it would go back to the start. The rest of the rental experience was good.

I was charges a 10 fee that I don't know what it was for. Luckily I had money in the bank to cover it. I should have been told about all fees up front

Truck was disgustingly filthy, looked like it had a gallon of sugar water exploded inside of it. I have pictures.

For the Ashland Ky area this was fine, maybe a little more emphasis on U Haul, the brand. Trucks are remote so hard to tell you are at right place.

Was charged for a furniture dolly, did not receive.

The pickup using my smartphone didn't work as I am not a US citizen or resident. However, in store all staff were incredibly helpful and made my rental experience go as smoothly as it could. Thank you to the battery terminal.

Floors were muddy, could not turn on the heat for the loud squeaking belt

When I went to drive the U-Haul off of the premise I realize there was a huge trailer connected to the back but by the time that I had pulled off it was already too late and I began driving down the road with this additional trailer behind me. I had to call to ask them to get the trailer off but the trailer had to be returned by me driving it back which was a pain in and of itself I had to turn around three times and add miles to the trip. Then once I finally got them to take it off I had wasted almost an hour of moving time. Not to mention the light in the back The cab was not even there. I had to do a lot of moving in the dark and I literally could not see anything. This resulted in not being able to see where I was placing my boxes, and then when I pulled off they shifted and resulted in multiple broken items. I am extremely displeased and would like to be compensated if possible!!

I relocated somewhere else actually and did not end up needing a storage unit at all
